Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I highly encourage people to watch out from the woman that works there. Lady that works there is ABSOLUTELY rude and arrogant. Everytime i have called and went to pick up the pizza she just has a very rude and nasty attitude. We placed an order and went to pick up the pizza today 03/08/2025. She just has this very rude way of speaking to her customers. It wasn't just me I noticed she talked to this other lady who was standing there before I got to the counter very disrespectfully. If she is the owner or related to the owners, this place is DOOMED with her being there. This lady needs to be out of that place. I will never go back to this Marco's Pizza because of this lady....

Update: they realized the error of their ways and the pizza is back to being fantastic like it was before. Re-rating back to five stars.

Previous: Recent management decision at this location to cut the amount of toppings on the pizza by approximately 1/2 or maybe more. I ordered an ultimate magnifico which is supposed to have two kinds of pepperoni and two kinds of sausage and some of the slices didn't even have any toppings at all. The toppings were so sparse on both of our pizzas that I would say they've effectively ruined the pizzas. Marcos was lost my business for this. We could not track our order and it had been 45 minutes since we placed it online. My husband called the store to ask for an update and spoke with a female who was rude and short temper and then she hung up on my husband. Turned out the rude female was the wife of the manager!!! What business hires the managers wife as point of contact??? And who in customer service has the right to be rude and hang up on customers? Since she is married to the manager there’s no one to complain to. There’s no helping this location. We will never order from...
