Why can’t y’all ever get an order right? I mean here’s the thing, I don’t usually go there often, but we are remodeling, so unfortunately I’m hitting you like twice a week right now. There is a very very very nice helpful woman in her late 30s early 40s who calls everyone hon and doll and whatever else, she is think the only person who has ever made sure that my order was right who has ever given two s**ts. Every single other person there, acts like they are doing you a favor just being there, and not once have they gotten my order right and when I catch it and actually come back, they act like I did something wrong. Tonight I got home and my drink is wrong, last week you gave me a burger instead of chicken and only one Fry when I ordered three. The week before that I ordered four drinks and they were supposed to be soda, but of all of them were tea. Sometimes even when you ask me what I ordered, you still give me the wrong order, and I usually go at weird hours, so it’s not like y’all are busy, more often than not on the only person in line... y’all have wasted so much money, I don’t know how this is okay. Like just because you have a guaranteed customer base because you are the closest to a lot of us, doesn’t mean you don’t have to hold yourselves to the bare minimum of...

This McDonalds is not good at all. Albeit convenient due to the location being close to my house I make it a point not to go to this McDonalds. The first thing I can say is one day I was getting lunch for myself and my pregnant wife, at the time, I had ordered and now was paying. Upon collecting my change, the lady yelled at me, saying that I had "Snatched the money and receipt from her hands". I was a little confused at this, so I pulled to the window to get my food and was then confronted by the lady that yelled at me. She started going on about how racist I was and how rude it was for me to "demean" her by snatching the money from her. I literally said nothing as I was shocked to hear this. Then a lady came up behind her and removed her from the window and then apologized to me by saying she was just having an off night. Lastly, my wife and I again went through to get some dinner and pulled up to the window at around 11:00 at night. We were told by the lady on the headset that their entire system is down. So we pulled around and we saw the lady in the dining room with a tray full of food eating. Just stay away...

Stopped to grab a quick bite on my way to an appointment. Drive thru was packed, and parking lot nearly empty so I went inside to place a to go order. I asked face to face for a 2 cheeseburger value meal. $2.17. I tell her something is wrong because it should cost more than that. She rang up one cheeseburger and a medium beverage. I tell her again that I'd like a 2 cheeseburger value meal. She rings up another cheeseburger. At this point I decide it's better to take the 2 cheeseburgers and medium beverage and cut my losses on any hope of getting the fries. My number finally gets called. I made my own beverage and seriously how long does it take you to microwave a couple of cheesburgers? I get my order and it has one cheeseburger in the bag. I tell the girl that there were supposed to be TWO, didn't mention the fries that she forgot are supposed to come with a value meal. She opens another bag, puts one in there, and hands it to me. These aren't high school kids. It was 1:30p. These are adults.
