So this has by far been the best McDonald's experience I've ever had by far, EVER! I live nowhere near the College Park location but I will travel all the way over there because that has been the best experience I've ever had at any McDonald's location. I love to use the McDonald's app and when I used it, I choose to dine in once I got there. First and foremost I was greeted friendly, warmly so pleasantly by a young man Aaron. Aaron was very nice and cordial, he took my order and once I paid like always and usual he was trying to give my cup, I told him first I wanted to go wash my hands. After that I met Aaron soon as I finish washing my hands, he handed me my cup from one hand, in the other hand was my food on a tray. Aaron asked me where I wanted to sit, I told him then went to get my drink. Aaron then went and put my tray where I wanted to sit and stayed there with my food till I was done fixing my drink. That has never happened to me at any McDonald's, EVER! I thought that was some real good customer service. I then asked Aaron did they have any lemons for me tea, he said yes and of course brought them to me. Like I said, I will go out of my way to go to that location, it is the best, hands down. The McDonald's in Union City is right across the street from my job and it is very convenient for me to stop there and get something and using the app definitely helps, but I will never ever visit that location EVER AGAIN! The managers there do not even know how the app works. I used the app to pick up my food in the drive thru and the manager made me come in. I was so furious when she made me do that. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THE UNION CITY MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN, NEVER. They will never get another penny from me. I will go out of my way to visit another location or just do without. So my money will always go to College Park on Riverdale Road,...
Read moreI ordered a 40 piece nugget and got one dipping sauce for three people we requested 6 sauces total and received three of the same exact one. I'm not entirely certain of the ratio for dipping sauces to nuggets but we technically ordered two sweet and sour to honey mustard 2 Buffalo 2 Ranch and got a total of three sweet and sour for the 40-piece. Granite the food is hot and delicious but most of the fun and eating chicken McNuggets is being able to dunk them in your favorite sauce of choice.
T-Mobile ordered and we verify that they were open but the first clerk was rude and did not say anything after we pulled her we were just verifying that the store was open. The clerk said nothing afterwards. So we drove through the drive-thru line and the second clerk was very helpful and nice, she gave us two additional sauces for a total of three so they had only put one sauce in the entire bag for a 40 piece nugget. Had we not requested the others we would have been stuck with the one dipping sauce for 40 piece nugget. Again we only got a total of three sauces for 40 piece nugget.
We ordered two meals and Hi-C with both meal and never received either drink.
Now I will give this restaurant credit the fries are piping hot and delicious but only because we ordered fries with no salt.
Because it was 3:00 in the morning we did not contact the restaurant I will do so upon them opening. This review will be subject to further information upon contact of the management team and the items missing and the issues with the 40 piece nugget...
Read moreWish there was a zero star option. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through for TWO double cheeseburgers and ONE cheeseburger, pretty simple order. One of the sandwiches was wrong, even after the 10 minutes they had to get three sandwiches correct. Went back inside and had the sandwhich replaced, but was told by the young man working the counter that I needed to check the sandwhich, I made sure to mention that seemed like something they should have done, especially when fixing an order, but whatever. I checked the sandwhich and once again-wrong. I Put it in the counter and instead of going to replace that sandwich, the employee decided to get an attitude with me because I didn’t “hand him the sandwich”. After insisting he get me the correct sandwich, he walks away from me and instead starts helping another customer, ignoring me since I guess had disrespected his sensitive little pride by not placing the sandwich in his hands like a dainty little snowflake. I finally had to get the attention of another employee, who was actually very kind and brought me the correct order. Really wish I had caught the kid’s name working the counter, and the name of the woman who actually helped me and got the order right This situation happened right at 5:00, and the employee working the counter was a young guy. I hope management sees this, I don’t make a habit of leaving reviews, but I’ve never in my life had something like...
