This is easily the worst McDonald's on the planet. I went inside and saw there was a long line at the register so I decided to use the self-serve kiosk to place my order. As soon as I paid I overheard a few people saying that they had been waiting 15 minutes. Then they realized that people who came in after then were being served their food. When they asked for a manager, nobody on the staff did anything. They just kept moping around behind the counter. One employee got a couple of their orders together and they left the restaurant. Soon I began to realize that several people who came in behind me had already received their meal. So I asked the cashier what was wrong with the order and she had no record of my order. She had to look at my paper receipt in order to get my meal. I took my meal out to my car and quickly learned that I had been given a medium fry container that was only about half full (see photo). My quarter pounder with cheese was cold.
Now for the good part of the story. Apparently one of the employees had a couple of young children that she was babysitting while she was supposed to be working. The children were in a booth playing with toys which were laying out in the aisle on the floor. One of the children went to the counter to ask for a cellphone. I am assuming that the employee was their mother or babysitter. This place was like bizzarro world. I think I could have got better service in a third-world country than I got at this McDonald's. Apparently the management is incompetent and surely the manager (if one was even on duty) had to know that a daycare operation was being ran in the lobby. Some house cleaning needs to be done at this establishment, from the top...
Read moreI should've taken pictures. This is twice in one day, really unexpected and unbelievable. McDonald's is a mere reflection of what's happening to our youth, our economy, and this nation. A way in which a ruler can bring misfortune to an army is to command it to advance ignorant to the fact that it cannot obey. This is called hubling the army. -Sun Tzu. My first trip to a McDonald's on route to Atlanta and order a double quarter pounder with cheese add lettuce and tomato. And i get ONE quarter pounder with lettuce and tomatoes. I wasnt surprised, the place was a mess. It was 12:00pm. Probly understaffed. THE BUILDING was nice. SORT OF clean. Every place is understaffed so service absent and irrelevant.
They were busy with the drive thru so I ordered on the kiosk. Deluxe Spicy Crispy Chicken. It has lettuce and tomatoes. I added another Crispy chicken. I get my order and get Crispy Chicken and spicy sauce on a bun. No lettuce, tomatoes or the extra chicken. I refunded all of the above. A drink is a dollar. Refill it as many times as you want. So many menu items are worth pennies on the dollar. McDonald's you can raise your profits on those menu items by 50-120% idk. Wouldn't surprise me if even more. But I'm sure theres a limit. What loses you cant cover you make up giving minimum wage and thats seen in every location. Who ever the store and/or general managers are you're doing a fine job. Training, coaching and honing your employees to provide the most successful McDonald's stores in the area. You're stumbl--stepping stones for their futures and...
Read moreThis McDonaldâs has to be one of the worst McDonaldâs Iâve EVER visited! There has been something wrong with 9 out of 10 orders Iâve placed there. They actually owe me so much food (from their screw ups or items left completely out). I could probably feed my family for at least a month, eating there every day twice. Every time I would go back to get the food they owed me, nobody knew anything about it (even though itâs written in a book, and I had the managers name and receipt). They have some very rude staff, with management being the worst!! I have even had to call 911 because an employee threatened to hit my husband. They obviously havenât been trained on the mobile ordering system, because they tell me every time that they donât have a mobile order in their system (which mysteriously appears eventually). I was also threatened by a manager, over a mobile order. My husband went to pick it up, and once again they said they didnât have any mobile orders. So my husband called me, I got the manager on the phone, and she kept insisting there was no order. So I asked what I needed to do, it had already been paid for and taken out of my account. So I asked her what I should do, she DARED me to come up there. We actually had 911 there twice for that one order!! I ONLY go there if I have to (thereâs nothing else close to us). But thankfully they have gotten some new employees, and my last visit was much better...
