Saturday, Feb 10, 2024, 8:35pm. Worst McDonalds manager in which I have ever spoken. Ms. Pattys' management is atrocious and her leadership and example for the employees is even worse. My wife ordered using McDonald's app. Ten minutes after I arrived to pick up the order I was told by her that the order was not made. I asked why. She said that the phone that placed the order must be present for the order to be made. I had never heard this before. I asked if I can just place the order now? She took the order. I conversed with her. (Keep in mind, the online order was paid for and I had a screenshot with the order receipt. The app says that the order is processed as soon as payment is received). I asked, "What convenience is there to use the app if the order is not started until the phone is present in the store?" Ms. Patty says, "That is how McDonalds does it! Welcome to McDonalds( in a condescending voice and turns to walk away). I informed her that I will make a review on Google about this experience. She immediately got upset, turned around to return to the register, retrieved $12 and slammed it down on the counter and said, "McDonalds does not want your business", and walked away. I was shocked. I called to her, "Ms. Patty, you are not going to make my order because I said I was going to give your store a bad review?" Aren't managers trained in customer service? I think this manager missed those classes. This is my last review of this McDonald's. If you choose to come here don't say you were not warned. I wish I could say she was the only problem at this location but day or night this location has problems. Funny thing is, I had stopped patronizing this store months ago. Only came because wifey placed her order here....
Read moreSo I usually don’t write these, but I was very disappointed with the service I received here tonight. So my Door Dasher contacted me when the lady in the photo attached told him the order he was there to pick up, was already picked up, and that I had to take it up with DoorDash. In saying that, I never received the order. I myself don’t live far, so I took the drive down, to meet the Dasher Joshua. As we both then approached her, stating that neither one of us had received the order. Rather than being of help, she was very rude, turned her back after stating what she said, and told us pretty much to get out or she’ll call the cops. We were being very polite, no1 was raising their voice including herself. But seeing that I the customer never received the order, and the driver did not either I would think that she would just simply remake the order. It’s obvious that her, and or someone on her team gave away my order to someone else. And rather than correct the issue right then and there, she rudely brushed the dasher, and I off, and told us to handle it with Door dash and that she could not do anything to be of help to us. Really hope this gets to upper management, as someone like this should not be running such a large establish such as McDonalds with her ways. Very unfortunate we couldn’t get anything done tonight, as she failed to do the right thing. I’ll never do business with this location ever again! Thanks for ruining...
Read moreSo I went to order from this McDonald’s while working a late night with Uber. I don’t understand how these people could have messed this order up since I did it through the app. So only thing they literally had to do was look at the order and put it in the bag. I did not get what I paid for only thing they got right was the sprite with no ice the fries I got were cold and burnt, the sandwich was supposed to be a deluxe spicy crispy chicken. Instead, I got a crispy chicken sandwich with two pickles on it. I ordered two apple pies and ended up with two strawberry pies. There could’ve been the potential that they were out of apple pies, but if that is the case, you tell the person that you were out instead of giving them something they didn’t ask for. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy this meal at all because it was nothing that I ordered. Again, considering I ordered it on the app and it was already paid for. I don’t understand how they could possibly mess that up. Unfortunately, I did not have time to check the order because I had another pick up.
