McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

The cashier Daria that worked the drive thru was very rude, and very unprofessional. I know she didn't show that type of attitude when she was hired because she never would have been hired. I ordered 2 Fish Filet Sandwiches and 2 bottled waters and my total was $12 and some change. I was like wow so as I proceeded to the window I politely asked her how much would it be for the 2 meals since it was $12 and change for what I ordered. She states in a very rude tone. "I don't know ma'am I would have to ring it up. So I ask her to ring it up then. She calls the manager to assist her with the change of the order and tries to whisper to the manager although I heard her "She got a attitude ". How would she know if I had a attitude that was her first time ever laying eyes on me. One thing for sure is SHE had a attitude and was very very rude. I don't think I've ever been treated that way. Not sure how you guys handle this but she could use more training or find her type of job because clearly customer service isn't it and I wouldn't want her to ever take my order again. This was definitely a store experience from hell!!! I visited your sales location the morning of 10/7/2024 @7:47am and received horrific service the person taking my ordered seemed totally lost i asked for the $1.39 soft drink and was told it doesn't exist then the person placed the manager on the speaker to speak to me regarding the drink price and i was right the manager rung it up correctly the customer service person did not apologize for her error and not understanding the products she is selling ....I ordered The Big Breakfast and didn't get any eggs---or a biscuit in the order it was missing...i went back to the drive thru I received nothing but anger from the cashier and she was tell the clean up maintenance person what happen he adv me to come in and not hold up the line i adv no i will not and its not my fault that you guys cant press a button correctly...The maintenance person a black male 30's age cursed and used profanity towards me at the window then the manager on duty came to the window i explained what happen and she gave me a refund and apologized everyone else wasn't nice at all bad experience and i will not be going back and by the way I am a...

I have had so many bad experiences at McDonald's but this one was by far the worst. Got to the screen and tried to order and the female kept ringing up the wrong items. That would charge me more than the cost of what I was trying to order.I told her that didn't look right and repeated my order once again. She then mumbled through the speaker that she(I) was throwing her off. You all need a better cashier because apparently this girl does not enjoy her job enough to care about your customers. Therefore I just did not order anything and drove away to keep from further altercation. Left this location and went to Dawson Rd and they are not even selling burgers at all.
