Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

First let me say the people who work here seem like friendly, great people. However, our experience was one that left me feeling like never ordering from Moe’s again. I had my husband pickup a to-go order for a later dinner here. I had just signed up for the app so I was supposed to get a free cup of queso so I added it to my order and did not receive it. Also all four of our entrees came without our protein options! And some entrees that were supposed to come with guacamole, did not have it. We spent $50 to have half completed order. It was a 35 minute drive back to the restaurant and they would’ve been closed by then anyway. To say we were disappointed and frustrated was an understatement. I did contact Moes customer service and they offered $20 back on my loyalty account but honestly, I just don’t feel...

We stopped here for dinner and they had no chicken if any kind said it would be a 20 minute wait for it, they barely had any steak maybe enough for one bowl if that. They also have no grilled veggies and said they couldn't do that till after the chicken was done. They left the chicken on the grill and all 3 employees were in the back no one was up front. We had to ask to have the salsa replenished after we stood there for 5 minutes because again all the employees were in the back. Overall it was a bad experience They needed to do more prep throughout the day not just when they ran out of everything. Managers of this location please make this make sense. On top of all this our food is stone cold. If I wanted to heat up my food I would have cooked my own food!

I don't think this place is open, there was a sign on the menu that was barely legible, it was raining, and the menu was so low that only the driver could see it.

We sat there, talking, saying hello, to no avail because nobody ever answered. After driving off, we could see the employees in there as they were looking at us through the window. Maybe they're still training?

Have normally had mostly good experiences at brick and mortar Moe's and enjoy the burritos, so this was disappointing, ESPECIALLY at a location that's off of the interstate where you're tired and very hungry trying to get to your destination, just to have to go down the street in the opposite direction to get food from the gas station...
