I am not going to say I hated it because the Tea was Good but.

Today is 10/11/2014

We just got home from going to Pasquales Pizza & Pasta in Rome and I have to say that we was not Happy at all, We got the All you can eat Pizza Bar with a Salad and Sweet tea.

Ok where to start. We both got 3 Slices of Pizza off the bar and a small Salad and the guy working brought us both Sweet tea with without Lemon that we ask for so we had to find him and ask him for Lemon which was no big deal, The first Slice I took off my plate was Pepperoni and it was so hard and dry I could not hardly eat it and what I did get to eat had a Very Greasy Taste to it not a Pizza taste.

The second Slice was not as bad as the first the second slice was Hamburger but it also had some what of a Greasy Taste to it as well but not as bad as the first slice.

The third Slice which was Pineapple and I have to say that the taste was so Horrible I could not even eat one bite of it, The person that was with me said the same thing about the Pizza they got as well, I thought maybe it was just me so I ask them to taste the pineapple on my slice and see if it was just me and as soon as they did they spit it out and ask me what is it that taste Horrible.

The Salad Dressing was so watered down that both kinds we go tasted watery and not even like salad dressing at all and while I was at the least eating my salad I got a big chunk of something that tasted like pure 100% salt rock and it kind of made me sick for a Minute or two when I bit into it, At that point I had to stop eating anything and told them I was finished and was ready to go when they was.

I ate Two Slice and half a small bowl of salad and a glass of Tea and the other person was able to eat two slices and some of the salad as well, I have to say that the Tea was very Good but in all that is all that was good.

When we got to the Register the Bill was a little over $16.00 but just for the sake of an argument we just paid and left with no plans to return to this place.

I told the person with me I need to stop at Home Depot on the way back home and before we could get to Home Depot they got Sick and I had to cut a trail for the House so they could go Home.

I have ben home about 15 Minutes and I am not feeling to well myself I hope I do not get sick to.

I found no reason for me to return to this place but you decide on your own if you would like to go or not do not go just because I wrote this review because you may have a better experience than we did and it may be great for you but as for us I do not think we will be going back.

Can't give zero stars and still post a review. Here's why I will NEVER go there again and why I am telling EVERYONE to find a better place to go: Pasquale's Pizza & Pasta at 4011 Martha Berry Hwy in Rome does not believe in proper customer service. After taking a 40 minute round trip and spending over fifty dollars, we got home with a completely burned pizza. They never offered to show it to us for inspection prior to leaving the site, and, when called about the issue, chose to only replace the item if we drove back (they were already closed), or get 50% off the next pizza. On a subsequent call the next day, attempting to reach the owner, the day manager claimed to be the owner, then would only replace the item if we came all the way back with the full original pizza. Otherwise, the 50% deal stayed in place, because she had "finally gotten in touch with the owner" and that was his response. In truth, she had placed the phone on the counter and I could hear her taking orders from walk-in customers and ones on other lines. So, in other words, we would have had to go hungry in order to bring the whole thing back, rather than salvaging what was barely edible. In my home, we try to patronize local, small businesses rather than chain stores in order to support the local economy. In this instance, I will not support this store with one more penny of mine, and I will be campaigning to make sure that everyone who may ever decide to go there knows what they may be facing. Note that I went on their Facebook page and saw a similar complaint from a former patron. I understand that some people do try and abuse the system, but we have photographic evidence of the error, and they just didn't...

We frequently order for home delivery , pick up or go there to eat . When we call to order the ladies who take the order is always friendly & efficient in taking our order . The person delivering our order is likewise very friendly , service with a smile ! If we pick up our order the one coming to the drive thru window is also always friendly and efficient to have our order ready when we arrive , again service with a smile ! Philly cheese steak Calzone our fav . When we go there upon entering the atmosphere is always one of pleasant an warmness ! The one greeting us & asking our choice of drinks an seats us at where we desire is to very friendly & efficient . When the pizza / salad /soup buffet has been open its always fresh an good eating . The young ladies are very good at going to request our fav pizza Spinach , mushroom , cheese Alfredo to be made . The salad / soup buffet are very well kept an good eating . Both Minestrone an potatoes soup yum ! We top off our eating with soft serve ice cream yum ! The ladies that wait on us are always efficient in there keeping us filled with drinks an checking on us ! Service with a smile continues . The ladies who don't wait on us are very friendly to us . Smiles continued ! When we done in an it's time to check out we always have our bill an ladies that check us out are friendly to an still service with a smile !
