I’ve been here probably close to 10 by now over a period of ~3 years (this location isn’t close to where I live but when I’m out that way, I’ll take the opportunity to go.) We went out to eat for my grandmother’s birthday couple weekends ago (either January 25th or January 26th) and the first thing I noticed was seeing familiar faces — they’ve obviously hired some new people over the course of the 3 years I’ve been eating there but, the people they do hire, stay there for a long time as they’re well taken care of. The food is always great and the customer service, even when slammed with a line out the front, never falters.
Food & Service — 5 Stars for consistency and accuracy. Their food is always seasoned well, cooked properly, served fresh, brought to the table quickly, never “wrong” (any special orders from familiar members are always handled), and I’ve never had an empty cup.
Atmosphere — This was initially 4 stars because the last time we went they sat us right in front of the door and we ended up asking to move because of the blast of cold air each time the door opened. But I moved it back up to 5 stars because they quickly helped move us over to another table and management immediately addressed the issue by combining the table we were sitting at with another table that was already out of the way of the front door and ended up having a party of 10 walk in 20-30 minutes later so it worked out perfectly.
As you can probably tell, I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place. Thanks for all the great food! And my wife says to add that her strawberry margarita...
Read morePedro’s needs to take more care in picking who works as a server here and what customer service actually is. Having a girl call a company and complain on 5 individuals about a few dollars in tip without giving them the grace and opportunity to return and tip her better , is childish and emotional. Her actions have led to 5 individuals with families being out of work. She clearly needs to reflect on herself, her actions and her words; all of this matters and has weight. May she learn how to be a better individual overall and do better in the future. May Pedro’s do better about holding their staff accountable and teaching them how to better handle situations such as this and responding in professionalism , rather than in emotion and allowing their staff to call people’s boss and complain when they didn’t have...
Read moreFirst the bad. Offered extensive beverages but no drink menu with prices? Had to ask waitress about each one and she had to go find out prices. The side of asparagus was paltry and half inedible. The volume was nearly ear bleed most of the time with screaming children and loud voices. We could not even speak to each other at thd same table over the noise.
The good had both chicken poblano and Island fish (pineapple salsa) both were simply amazing and generous portions for the price.
Split fried ice cream for dessert which actually was fried ice cream not ice cream with a crunchy topping.
Will definitely be back although probably not on a...
