I came in last night with a group of friends, walking in we noticed they had a very large party being sat, we gave the host our name and she expressed that there would be a wait. 25-30 minutes pass and we are still waiting up front. The young lady who spoke to us about the wait time was nowhere to be seen until we were walking out!!! Looking around the restaurant we see that they have more than enough to sit us but most of them are dirty. I believe was a waitress walks up to us, not only does she looked annoyed with our presence but she didn’t express any kind of smile or acknowledging movement she ask how many are in our party, again we express it and she tell us “give me a second I’ll get you all sat.” And looking up ANOTHER waitress walks up to us, although she seemed quite confused we assume she knows what’s going on because she’s wearing a headphone, she proceeded to let us know that there was a wait. I told this young lady that we’ve been here almost 45 minutes now and continue to be told we will be sat. She then apologized ask me to give her a minute to check the kitchen time. She comes back to let us know that the kitchen is still catching up after having such a big party. The simple fact we waited almost an 1hr 1 1-2 hr, to just be told that they are still on a wait. The young lady who went to the back did tell us we were more than welcome to sit and order some drinks from the bar just until they are ready to sit us. My family and I decided to leave at this point because we wasted half our night waiting and getting told that we were getting sat. I would like to add the young lady who spoke to us last we would just like to say thank you, she was very respectful, smiled even when she had no idea what was going on at first. she was willing to accommodate if she could and just the simple fact her walking to the kitchen instead of telling us, “give me a minute I’ll go look” and then NEVER SEEING A HOST AGAIN. We will be back and we will be requesting the young lady...

If I could give less than one star I would! Staff is extremely rude and the general manager is probably the reason why because she doesn't care either. We got there at 7:30 to find out they had a private event scheduled at 8 but they still seated us, as soon as my little girl and my niece walked onto the patio and seen the big connect four a woman popped the door open and looked at me and told the girls that they could play with it but they better not break it because it's expensive, never spoke to me. After 25 minutes of waiting for one of the many servers who walked by our table to take our drink order we tried to tell her what had happened and that was very unprofessional we were cut off by another server who said yeah we're sorry that happened but we need to wrap this up. The first server did end up getting a manager over to our table who I spoke with who did apologize and told me she would let the gm know but that was the extent of it. Our orders came out all wrong and we felt as though we were treated like that didn't matter and we just needed to hurry and get out because they had a party they needed to start. I asked if we could speak to the gm while we were there before we left who came over and shrugged her shoulders at us while smirking like she didn't care either. We were told she would look at the camera at what was said but that it wasn't that big of a deal because the woman that said this to our children was from Texas so she didn't Mean to be ugly that's just how she is. It wasn't about the tone she used or how loud she was but the fact that she could have spoken to me and I would have told them to leave it alone but no she decided to speak to 2 eight year Olds who had no idea what was going on. After looking at the reviews my husband and I decided to try this place out seeing we drove an hour for a doctor appointment. The reviews on the philly sub made me want one. I did as a review recommended and asked that my roll be toasted longer. The philly came out soggy and wet. It was not edible. I cut it in half and took not even 2 full bites. When I said something to the waitress she stated they have a "1 bite guarantee ". My husband and I both looked at one another because we have NEVER heard that said at a restaurant. My husband ordered the buffalo fingers thinking they are fried chicken fingers with buffalo sauce on them...they wasn't. When he asked the waitress she basically told him he should have asked before he ordered. My bill arrived and I was charged for the philly I couldn't eat. I asked for it to be removed which she said she had to ask the manager. She came back and said the manager told her to charge me 1/2 price. Not acceptable seeing I didn't eat. I asked for the manager. When she came out she said the waitress told her I ate half my food and demanded it for free. I showed her my plate then she said the waitress lied to her and fixed my bill. I left the cash on the table, minus a tip. First and LAST time we eat there. Horrible service, nasty food and waitress would rather tell lies than please the customer. Other waitresses too busy flaunting over the drunk guys at the bar than clean or wait on customers. Bathroom floor covered in urine, ceiling covered in dust and mold even. Not a...
