Absolutely the worst experience ever! Will not eat here again. Ordered 6 pizzas from them and THREE of them were completely wrong! The guy who is obviously the manager had no explanation as to why they were screwed up and didn't even apologize or offer any type of compensation for this order... I mean to be honest with you I probably would have declined because I don't like taking advantage but the offer would have at least been nice... he just seemed so clueless it wasn't even funny and the girl at the register could care less ... the whole time she was playing on her phone paying me no attention AS I WAS TALKING TO HER! ... and not to mention while I was in there there were THREE other people in there for the same reason I was.... upper management needs to review the camera footage and pinpoint these awful employees! This place needs to fire everyone not doing their jobs properly and bring in a whole new crew because they are giving Pizza Hut a VERY bad name... get it together! I also plan on contacting upper management about this because this is probably the 3rd time within the last 6 months that this has happened.... if I could give negative stars I would!
**UPDATE * 1/16/17 Our pizza got screwed up the second time around even after I told them exactly what it was supposed to have on it. I just really didn't understand how the hell you can literally tell someone and they still screw it up... I heard the other manager or store employee calling the head manager in and basically saying "you need to come in it's crazy in here and we don't know what to do" They had to call this man in on his off day because they had no clue what to do... Long story short though we ended up actually speaking to the head manager at this location he apologized profusely and even offered to remake our pizza himself.... and gave us a store credit for screwing it up so many times and for the disrespectful behavior of his staff.... you could tell that the atmosphere at the store was a little bit different once he arrived.... I'm assuming he knows what he's doing because they weren't running around like crazy people anymore... he seem to have it all under control you can tell that the head manager here knows what he's doing and at least takes pride in what he does instead of just letting his employees run amok but with that being said this also shows that apparently his other employees do not know how to function without him and I think that says a lot .... I think it means that he helps a lot and does what he supposed to do and his staff is probably taking advantage of that. The GM here deserves better than what...

It’s all good because after looking at the pizza it was under cooked, rushed! So I called the store to have the second order stopped before it got here and to also get a refund for both orders. I even told the store manager Chelseia that the first order could be picked back up. She basically said that Pizza Hit pizza is supposed to be doughy and undercooked. I asked for my money back she refused and hung the phone up on me. I called back but got Customer Service because the store didn’t answer! PH Customer Service called to the store after I explained my experience. Customer Service called over to the store and the manager told them she would refund me both orders. Well today when I call to inquire about the refunds she says she is only processing one order and when I told her what PH Customer Service stated to me she yells that she doesn’t answer to customer service! When I went on to explain she hung up on me again! I then drove over to the store and got even more upset by her lack of customer service skills! I asked for her supervisor name and number and she refused to provide, she is a bully! She thinks she should just keep my money, never even offered to make the order over either! I ended up going to another Pizza Hut for assistance with the issue I had at this location and they were very helpful. I placed an order late on a Saturday night. After waiting an hr (after a 45min delivery window time) I called to check on our order. Carmelo answered the phone and said he didn't have an order for us but after a few different ways of looking us up he said he found us and that our order should be the next one delivered. He was apologetic and said that they were very busy tonight. I said cool, glad our order is almost here and that was that. Well after another hr I called again and he said that our order should have been delivered because he didn't have anything else showing undelivered(?) on his screen. I was upset at this point and just wanted a refund. He said the store was closed and to call tomorrow for the refund. Well, the charge didn't post until a few days later. Didn't call until it was posted thinking that he was going to reverse the charge. I tired calling today twice and never got through. It's very close to my house so decided to stop by. Gentleman at the counter called Carmelo to verify but then couldn't give me the refund since he had to do it? Then why'd he call him in the first place.... So now TOMORROW I have to go again just to get my money back. Screw calling them because you can't...
