La Suprema Bakery — Restaurant in Georgia

I used to love the food and cakes here but I just had the worst customer service experience. My family has purchased from here for over 5 yrs. I lost 25 minutes in this bakery for nothing. Everytime I asked a question the lady let another person in front of me to order. I understand everyone is in a rush, as I am too with my tired toddler on my hip trying to order her birthday cake. But if someone is paying for an overpriced cake, please please pay them attention and give them the respect you would expect from an establishment you are paying for a service. By the 4th person she let in front of me I just walked out. I will take my business elsewhere. And her children were jumping and screaming on the counters where food is prepped. Unprofessional. Horrible customer service. My family will not spend money here anymore.

Nunca jamas voy a entrar esta tuenda. Perdi 25 minutos esperando que me ayudará la mujer pero solo dejo todos en la linea a pasarme. El peor servicio cliente que ha recibido. Entiendo que todos estan ocupados pero el los negocios tienes que poner atencion al cliente quien entro primero y te esta preguntando cosas sobre del dinero que van a gastar en tu compania. I've been patronizing this bakery for more than 3 years. I've baked 4 cakes per year and introduced no more than 10 customers to this place, including coworkers and friends. However, today I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered my daughter's birthday cake more than a week ahead of time and showed the lady a picture of the design I wanted. As I always do, I asked if they could make it look like the picture, and they assured me they could. But the final product didn't match the picture at all. I paid $67 for this cake, and to make matters worse, they didn't even include the "Happy Birthday" message and my daughter's name, which I specifically requested. I'm going to post pictures of the cake I wanted and the cake I got. I'm done with this bakery and will make sure to let people know how horrible they are. I won't be coming...

I have bought cakes from this shop several times, I think they are ok, they are not the best, but ok. The bread is also ok, not the best either. BUT the price is sooo high, I mean I always pay around $10 for 4 pieces of bread! That is just too much and depends on what bread you buy because they can reach more than $3 a piece.. 1 piece of cake is $5 something and it is super small, 1 whole cake is $40 and over.. I just believe it is super expensive, I like Salvador Bakery better, their Corn bread and Cakes...
