I love Popeyes dont get me wrong… but at this location the service is TERRIBLE & they do not care. I came through the drive thru today with my online order. (I come here a lot) & was told to pull forward & wait for someone to come bring my food to my car. i wait there for 17 MINUTES ON THE DOT! AND the ONLY reason i got my food within 17minutes & no later was because i came back through the drivethru and told them that they forgot about me and no one ever brought me my food. i asked for a partial refund at the LEAST, and they said “i can give you a large drink instead of the small.” They forgot the honey on the side, the fries were cold as if they had left it sitting there during those 17minutes. I was respectful but rightfully irritated because i saw 15cars get their food while i was just waiting. A partial refund is all i asked for because a 17-20minute wait is insane. When i got to the window he said “im sorry we were cooking.” Thats not the right response. I know they were cooking but it doesnt take 20minutes to make a 5tender combo for someone when i saw countless people get their orders before me. AND NO THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME. it happened another time about 3weeks ago but instead it was like a 10minute wait and i still had to go back through to drive thru to REMIND THEM about MY FOOD that THEY TOOD ME TO PULL FORWARD FOR. Manager informed to come back to location . Once i arrived . The manager had her lips poked out like Donald Duck . The first thing she says was I'm The one who packed your food . It wasn't there when I packed it originally. I said ma'am you're making me feel like I tampered with the food and placed the object there . Then she says do you want a refund or for me to remake your food . Pause for second .... To whom ever owns this location I want you to know personally this is not a positive/representation of your establishment our Popeyes brand . Read moreWas ecstatic to learn that a Popeyes was opening near by as I'm from New Orleans, the birth place of Popeyes. Everytime i visit this location, the food is FAR OFF the mark and I get old and cold chicken that has been held long past the hold time and crunchy biscuits also held long past when they should have been tossed. It's as if they cook chicken and biscuits when the restaurant opens, then serve it all day. I try it every six months or so because I have a craving for Popeyes but it's consistently the worst I've ever eaten.
