Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Georgia

Second review: Gave another chance today, 3/20/23. Again, bacon transparent, not crispy and missing the add-on black olives. They were out of all drinks but orange fanta and coke zero. We arrived well almost at 12pm, they open at 11am, bread was not cooked, had to wait on it. They gave bathroom towels as napkins. When I asked for a refund on my sandwich and chips, the "manager" tried to tell me at first they didn't charge me for chips, when I pressed her about the charges she then said we were charged for chips. I don't need the chips if I don't have a sandwich. Pizza was ordered with extra sauce, it didn't have extra sauce.

First review: Ordered 2 sandwiches with bacon, asked for crispy bacon - the bacon on the sandwiches was transparent and pink, IMO, RAW! They did fix it but they had already put the raw bacon on the sandwiches. When they fixed it, they crisped up the bacon and put it back on the the same sandwich they had put the raw bacon on. I wish I had taken a photo, the bacon looked almost just like it does when it comes out the pack raw. The girl got frustrated with me when I brought the second sandwich to the counter for them to fix their mistake, not sure how that works. Hopefully, next time will be better and I will...

Stopped in here after filling up on gas. Expected a quick in/out, but that didn't happen. When I went to order, the employee said they were working on a big order, and it would be 10-15 minutes for my order to come out. I said that was fine. I got it after 30 minutes and believe that it would have been longer if I hadn't gone up to the counter to inquire where it was. Some people that came after me got their orders (or part of them) before mine came out. The employee even had to check my receipt as to what I ordered before going back to the kitchen, saying it was being made. When the employee did bring out my sandwich to the table, I didn't even get an apology as to the delay. There were a number of other people that seemed to wait an excessive amount of time after ordering (by the looks of frustration on their faces). One group of 3 had 2 of their sandwiches come out, but the 3rd waited another 10 minutes for her salad to come (after she inquired where it was). I ordered a medium hot ham and cheese without olives or tomato. Tasted "ok," but didn't have much ham on it, certainly not like...

The people at this restaurant are nice, but they’re definitely not trained properly just not fair for them. The restaurant as a whole is a joke are used to stop here on the way home from the airport and get a sandwich cause I like Schlotzsky’s even though it was a mediocre for Schlotzsky’s, I tolerated it, but when I brought a bunch home and they really screwed up my turkey bacon guacamole club Schlotzsky’s I went back the next time I was coming home from the airport and talked to the manager manager stated just come on back. I’ll be all right. I’ll be here after 330 and I said that’s fine because I usually get in late , but I stop by two months later to get my free sandwich I was promised and the manager said he doesn’t remember the conversation. I called him a liar and left and will never go back ever. Not only that but it’s a sandwich shop and they were out of lettuce how much of a joke is that a sandwich shop that is out of lettuce the side for yourself I would never go back. I only went back because it was better than Burger King and subway...
