We were not seen by our server for 25 minutes after we were seated on our most recent visit. This made it very difficult for our family of five to have an enjoyable meal, and the problem was compounded by continued slow service after that point. Of all the restaurants at Sea Island, Southern Tide is my favorite! Fantastic views right on the beach, extremely friendly staff & excellent menu. I've never had a better biscuit in my life & the jalapeño butter made it that much better. The pimento cheese deviled eggs are next level. Shrimp and grits are as good as they come. And the shrimp basket is shrimply amazing! Get 'em grilled, blackened or fried ... the fries are perfect!! Love this...

Even in the chilly temps - the staff were professional and engaging, the food was prompt and flavorful. Don’t overpay for the California favorite Cabs - the house Private Selection was a great value.
