I'd give NO stars if that were an option! I'd strongly strongly advise people to just drive down to publix! This place must be owned by different people because the standards here have went WAY WAY down! I ordered 2 sandwiches and if you get tuna good luck! She barely put any tuna of course we didn't get a chance to even taste it because after telling my fiance how it was prepared we just threw the sandwiches away and considered it a lost of money! She was touching a receipt while touching everything on the sandwiches! Some people do not understand how nasty and toxic receipts are I suppose, but they are considered highly toxic! At Publix when you go they will only touch your food with their gloves on!♡♡♡ I had asked for one more tomato on the sandwich since there wasn't any on the last 4inches and was told no that's how many comes on a sandwhich she then rearranged the sandwhich with her hands! Just No No No! JUST GO TO PUBLIX!! They have a great staff and great sandwiches! I love Subway but DONT go to this one!!! THEY DONT CARE AT ALL!! Read moreThe service is bad and one of the worker has an attitude I was ordering a 6inch for me but he didn’t cut it into half and ik it doesn’t have to be perfect but the one he cut was more like 3inch 9inch and gave me the 3inch one and was using that one and when we said can we get another half loaf cause it’s small and was throwing the vegetables just because the order before was a long order and was showing attitude to us even tho we were nice in the middle he was asking can I really quick do the Uber order and we were like sure and nice but at the end he gave it in a small paper bag with 3 full sandwiches and it got ripped and gave another bag after asking. Read moreOrdered on-line for family. Driving 4 hrs back from Nashville. Gave 45 min lead time. Arrived to NO order. Showed on-line order. Also, showed PAID RECEIPT from AmEx card on-file. Worker (very nice) got Owner/Manager on phone who refused to honor order & paid receipt. Furthermore he demanded I pay AGAIN for same order. Explained how often I order from this store. Owner/Manager refuses to budge. Becomes rude over the phone.
I vow to NEVER give this store any business. I will spread the word, too! I told him this was terrible customer service & that he's missing a big opportunity. Apparently he doesn't care.
