Honestly, this is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I have ordered at this subway on multiple occasions. Out of the four or five times we’ve ordered there, only one of the orders have been correct (to specify, these are mobile pickup orders). We always put in special instructions to put the sauce on the side (because who likes a soggy sandwich). Well, they never read the special instructions. Usually we just brush it off because we think “oh, maybe they were busy” or something like that. Well this last time we were fed up with it. We placed the pickup order at 8 P.M. and we didn’t get there until 8:30 P.M. The lady was rude when I picked up the food, but I brushed it off. We got home at 9 P.M., but we didn’t eat the sandwiches until around 9:30 P.M. (this specific store closes at 9 P.M.). Well, to no surprise, they didn’t read the instructions to put the sauces on the side in containers. They mixed up the sauces on my boyfriend’s sandwich. He wanted a little mayonnaise and regular amount of honey mustard. Instead, his sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and had no honey mustard. My sandwich was fine (other than the sogginess from the sauces, which wouldn’t have happened if they were put on the side like we requested). Well, I thought it was fine until I found a hair in it. So, with the store being closed, we couldn’t take it back.
So I called the store after we woke up the next day. I explained the situation, and the guy kept saying “oh, well you should have brought the sandwiches back last night”. I don’t know why he didn’t understand that we couldn’t bring them back since the store was closed. He eventually told me that he’ll go find out why the order was messed up, and that he’d call me back shortly. Thirty minutes passed and I still didn’t receive a call back, so my boyfriend called. The guy said he didn’t find anything out about why the order was messed up, and kept insisting we should have brought the sandwiches back that night (keep in mind the store was closed). We explained to him that we didn’t want the sandwiches replaced, we wanted them to actually read the special instructions and actually make the sandwiches correctly from now on. We repeated that many times, but the guy kept asking what we wanted him to do, and STILL insisted we should have brought the sandwiches back last night.
Overall, it seems like the two workers we’ve encountered couldn’t care less about their job. They didn’t care if an order was correct, and they didn’t care about resolving the obvious problem they have. I will NEVER buy from this...

Asked to speak to a manager and he hesitated and said “the manager stepped out for a while.” It was 8:15pm and they closed at 9pm. Why is the manager stepping out of a restaurant “for a while” to leave a teenager to work by himself? I politely said okay and ended call.
Arrived at the restaurant And asked another teenager about the third FREE sub. She laughed (as if they joked about the situation before my arrival) and turned around from me and said “ask him” (the same teenager I spoke too on the phone.) He repeated the same information that he couldn’t make the FREE sub that was promoted on the website, which I was eligible to receive. I was lied too because NO manager was on site while 2 teenagers are basically running the restaurant for the night. Unprofessional and false advertising. Very disappointed...

My husband opens his sandwich once I get home and takes a bite, there is BARELY any meat on the sandwich.
