Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

Advertises new ownership and today’s services and quality shows no improvement. This location has always had issues but decided to try again since new ownership. Ordered online for a pick up time of 12:20, wasn’t ready when arrived and had to wait until 12:46 for food, meanwhile no other customers were in the store so clearly not busy!! Got home to find not one of my 4 sandwiches were made correctly. Lady making the sandwiches looked stressed and out of breath (making sandwiches ????) The manager was sitting in a booth the entire time. Another customer with an online order came in after me and his order hadn’t even been started. Called the store to speak to manager about displeasure, had to call twice to even get an answer, asked to speak to a manager and the girl asked “who is this” advised I was a customer and she told me “you will have to wait we are busy” (most unprofessional and rude). Manager finally came to phone and explained my issue and proceeded to tell me that he was sorry but he wasn’t involved with my order and that he would talk to his co worker. I come in late at night right before closing every week after playing tennis for several hours. Stacey is always here every week, and no matter how late I come in, she is always in a great mood, very upbeat, and very warm and welcoming. It is a fabulous experience week after week. The manager Lily was absolutely terrible. She skipped over my boyfriend and I to take someone else’s order. I asked her if she could finish my sandwich and she looked at my like I was crazy.
