I recently had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at a Subway location. From the moment I walked in, the young lady behind the counter was rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in being there. Her attitude and lack of care were evident, making it an unpleasant experience from the start.
On top of the poor service, the card machine was not working, and customers were directed to scoop ice out of a bucket placed in a chair, which was both unsanitary and inconvenient. The overall cleanliness of the place was unacceptable—it felt like no effort had been made to maintain basic hygiene standards.
I attempted to call and report my concerns at the time, but no one answered. I tried calling again today (three days later), only to find that the phone line is a mobile and states not in service. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care and professionalism in a business. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary...
Read moreI'm sorry not sorry... But this place is completely horrible.. Sandwiches are already not as reasonably priced as they used to be, so they shouldn't be difficult as well... It took over 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches to be made & rung up.. 2 of them were EXACTLY the same... Ham & white American with mayo on flatbread... Simple!! Each sandwich was made individually & toasted separately, just a waste of time.. I didn't understand the slowness in movement in BOTH the girl & boy who were working.. Honestly it was very frustrating because I wasn't even counting the time it took in line, I'm counting making the sandwiches alone!! It was ridiculous & they didn't listen to things that were said about the sandwiches, they just were horrible.. I just wanted to leave.. It would've been quicker doing it myself.. They need better sandwich makers here, I only had to choose this location because it was closer & I already had to leave to get paper coupons because A LOT of these locations don't participate in deals that are sent to my email & advertised.. We order the value meals, with cookie and drink. My daughter took a bite of the oatmeal raisen cookie and it was extremely hard. She took the piece that she had bitten off, and placed it back in the cookie bag.
I touched the other cookie and it was also hard. I proceeded to the counter, to exchange the cookie for chips instead.
The cashier began yelling at me, and said you bite cookie you keep, and can't get chips. She then placed the cookie back in the display on the counter. ( Yes, the cookie that was in my child's mouth, and the other cookie I touched)
Lesson learned to NEVER patronize this establishment EVER again. I don't want to be a victim of recycled food from another customer..
On my way out I looked to my right at their score ( which I should have checked prior to purchase) score...
