Rude and condescending staff. I go in to order my wife a birthday cake and I'm told by the person in charge (I think it was the owner) that it can't be done. I explain that I've ordered the same cake every year for several years and the response is a volley of condescending questions about the cake. I felt belittled and I promptly left the establishment. There was no reason for that kind of treatment, especially from a business that claims to promote christian values. She showed them a picture of what she wanted done and they told her that they couldn't make it. It was chevron with an elephant on it which if you know how to draw doing something like that shouldn't be an issue. The owner was even rude to my mother. They told her to email them a picture of what we wanted done and every picture she showed them they couldn't make. I ordered decorations for the cake and cupcakes on Amazon. After speaking to one of the ladies at the bakery, it was agreed that I could drop off the decorations and they would take care of the rest.
