Iāve enjoyed my experience at Taco Bell for many yearsā-until today. As a Customer Care Manager for a major corporation, I was appalled at the treatment I received today at this location. The drive thru forgot an item so I thought I would pull up and walk to the door of the restaurant for assistance. It was lunch time and the drive thru line was circling around the store. The door was locked so I lifted up the receipt pointing to it thinking the drive thru workers would quickly assist. They lifted their hands up indicating that I needed to go back thru the drive thru to get help. I stood there for a total of 10 minutes holding up the receipt and pointing to it. The one drive thru worker pointed to her headset indicating that she could not hear me. The other just shrugged his shoulders. After being treated with such disrespect for ten minutes, I proceeded to call the onsite Taco Bell manager on my phone while standing at the door. He told me the same thingāto go through the drive thru again . I explained that the drive was circling the store. I was not going to wait another 30 min for the Cinnamon twists that they missed. He repeated himself about my having to go through the drive thru again. I told him that this was totally unacceptable and that I was leaving my meal at his door. I said I would not be returning to this location again and that I would sending a major complaint up the Taco Food corporate ladder. My hope is that the team onsite today (12/9/2020 at 12pmish) will be reprimanded and retrained including the manager onsite. He couldn't make it to the bathroom on time so of course, some spilled on the floor until he made it to the trash can. Not only were some of the customers disgusted, but the staff was too. Some of the staff members verbally expressed how "gross" it was and the manager (I believe she was the manager since she seemed to have been in charge) said something among the lines of "I want to quit". After my brother took off to the bathroom to get cleaned up, I asked the staff if it could be situated and of course I apologized. The young man at the register and the manager (the lady mentioned above) were fighting over who should clean it up. Are you kidding me?!? Keep in mind that they weren't even whispering and all of this happened in front of the costumers and I. This was inappropriate behavior. As I kept seeing this, it was more than clear that I didn't want to eat at a place where I felt uncomfortable, looked down upon and more. My brother came out and gave me signals to get him out of there asap. He later told me in the car that he felt more than uncomfortable in that type of environment and asked, "Why do people have to act so immature?"I don't think I will set foot at this Taco Bell ever again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed a mobile order around 11pm. I immediately left my house after the order was placed. I live 5 minutes down the road and arrived in a timely manner. My significant other tried to skip the long, slow line by going inside, but both doors were locked! We both agreed that it was late and they maybe had the dining room closed for the night. So we went through the drive-thru mobile order lane and were told to pull around. We waited in line for 30 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER. When we got up to the window the guy was completely void of emotion, I donāt blame him, he works at Taco Bell. When we received our food it was obvious it had been sitting for awhile. The bag was cold and soggy. When we got home, I went through our food and they had forgotten my chips but they put the cheese in the bag?? They also put sour cream on my burrito when I requested it off. They didnāt put sour cream on my significant otherās burrito when he had NOT requested for it to be removed? And I checked my Gordita Crunch before eating it since my burrito was wrong and it looks like they started to put spicy ranch on but then realized I didnāt want it on there and stopped.
