Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

Food was good but the waitress absolutely awful. If you choose to have her on your payroll that’s y’all but this is the worst waitress I’ve ever dealt with from a Waffle House. Did not even greet us before aggressively saying “what do you want” for our drinks. Then proceeded to drop a drink on us and when she did , she quickly said “I did not get anything on you” when she clearly did. When bringing the food, she had so many plates in her hand that she just called out “hash browns” which wasn’t the issue, but when she said next was disrespectful. When I raised my hand saying they were mine, waiting for her to put them down in front of me. She rudely said “are you going to get them or not?”. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went in to grab a to go order for my mother in law and asked if they had a call in or online order under her name. They said no, so I then explained how I wasn't sure if she called in or not, but I told them that I knew what she wanted. They all walked away and didn't come back over to help me. I worked in the restaurant business for almost a decade, so for someone who works in the industry to say the service is awful, that's saying something. There were maybe 4 tables in there so it wasn't that they were too busy to get to me right away. The cook was the only helpful one, addressing me as soon as I walked up. Very disgusting despicable behavior also very racist my daughter and husband went in to this Waffle House tonight to get something to eat to go the server told him to wait until she’s finish that she will take 2 orders then come back to them she had them waited for over half an hour and didn’t take their order she skip them just because they were brown skin and took the white customer that was their, it’s unbelievable because we have order form this Waffle House before we live near by and would always order from this Waffle House I don’t understand why at this age of time why does people look at us like that and still we have to deal with racism it’s so sad my daughter had to encounter...
