The Cheesecake Boutique — Restaurant in Georgia

Not sure if it was their fault or door dash, but I placed an order and drive an hour for my order to not be ready and be told that they never got the order. What bothers me is, I was told that she would send me a website to place an order, then when I went to the website it says the close at 4, after speaking to someone who said that she could still fill my order. She did not send the website right away so I went online after a couple minutes and tried to place an order and couldn't because they were closed. That same person calls back 30 minutes after the fact to tell me they are closed. They were closed when I got there as this is not a store front.

Very disappointing, she sounded very nice, but she knew they were closed when she suggested at after 4pm that I could get my order the same day online if I just placed my order through their website. Which leads me to my last point. If they are not a restaurant style store, how long would the cheesecakes had been sitting out before being sold to me? Where are they being stored? It looks like an office complex. That confused me. I don't do old cheesecake, but that's me. I have so many questions that I will not...

Mixed feelings. First off, the cheesecake was really great! The sweet potato praline was a great choice! However, I do feel like $85 for a small 9 inch cheesecake is pretty steep. They also used cool whip straight out of the tub for the topping which was a little surprising to me for the price that I paid but like I said everything tasted really good. I just feel like I have had almost comparable cheesecakes for much less and way bigger. Also, the sweet lady working there had mixed up her dates so I had to come back at a later time to pick it up which was not that big of a deal because I know we can all make mistakes but it would have been really bad if it wouldn't have been prepared ahead because I was leaving to go out of town with the cheesecake that same day.

I found this business on google as I was searching for a cake for my Mother-in-laws birthday this weekend. I spoke to Marie who was very helpful in taking my order. She immediately responded to my inquiry and sent me an invoice for the cake. The pictures of all the cakes on their page look delicious, so they immediately had my undivided attention. Presentation is everything! Marie made sure to stay in touch with me every step of the way and that says alot about how she conducts her business. She even sent me pictures of the cake prior to delivery and kept me in the loop on the delivery process. I am so happy I found the Cheesecake Boutique on google.
