Smh. I am still angry and disappointed with this location. An adult party guest slipped and fell. That confirmed what I felt upon check in. This entire staff needs to be fired including the GM. Upon check in I was the only guest and no one would check me in or even acknowledge my presence. That is a whole different story. The young lady and young man were very incompetent.
Then there was the fall. An adult guest fell at the birthday while walking. That was the beginning of the disaster. She fell because someone had very sloppy mopped the floor AND did not put out a wet floor sign. Who? The GM. Can you believe that?!. Then the entire staff played the blame game and/or not my responsibility game. I literally thought we were going to have to call the police just to get an incident report and/or incident number. When I went to the unmanned front desk to share what had happened there was no one present and he was outside washing the front door. When I told him what had happened he stopped listened and kept washing the door. Smh. Another young man dressed in a Catch Air employee shirt quickly stated he was not on duty however the GM could be found in the back. Smh
When the GM was located the situation went further down hill. He literally asked did we not see him mopping when he mopped. Ya'll this situation became so crazy that I literally thought we were being punked. The GM did not want to do an incident report, did not want to give the company info, did not want to give the incident report number and more.
You should definitely not go here if you want basic safety and customer service. This experience was HORRIBLE...
Read moreI recently visited Get Air Trampoline Park and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue I encountered was the excessive heat within the facility. The lack of proper ventilation or air conditioning made it extremely uncomfortable and stifling. It was difficult to enjoy the activities and engage in physical exercise due to the oppressive heat.
Another major disappointment was the poor customer service I received. The staff members seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to address customer concerns or inquiries adequately. Whether it was a lack of training or simply a lack of motivation, the overall customer service experience was below par.
To make matters worse, the restrooms, particularly the men's bathroom, were out of order during my visit. This created a significant inconvenience for visitors, as there were limited options for restroom facilities. Additionally, the restroom that was available had a strong and unpleasant odor. It was evident that proper maintenance was lacking, contributing to a highly unsanitary and uncomfortable environment.
Considering the overall experience, I cannot recommend Get Air Trampoline Park. The extreme heat, coupled with the subpar customer service and the out-of-order and malodorous restrooms, created an unpleasant and disappointing visit. Read moreI just experienced one of the NASTIEST attitudes I have experienced in a very long time. As a mom of a 5 year old that has hosted birthday parties here and has referred other moms, I will never spend another penny at this location. I reserved a 1:30 slot for 11/27 and was emailed a confirmation of our scheduled time and a transaction id#. I arrived and the young lady at the counter told me there was nothing she could do with a transaction ID. I asked if she could maybe take my name or anything else as I had prepaid online and she continued to repeat “there’s literally nothing I can do”. Didn’t bother to ask to see the email I received, NOTHING. If left to her, our options would have been to leave without getting to jump or buy new tickets I assume. After a few minutes of her offering zero help, she called the manager who took my name and had us checked in in less than a minute. The manager was polite and helpful but the damage had already been done. This is a nice facility and was once a place I enjoyed bringing my little one to burn off steam but the young lady that works the front desk with the blue locs is going to run this business into the ground one customer at a time if this is her every day attitude.
