We have now waited ultra patiently, quietly, unobtrusively for one hour for a clean table and are the only customers requesting to dine-in. There are three vacant tables with food still on them that have not been cleaned off this entire time. The nice lady earlier asked if we were dining in, and we said yes. After she left, another server asked us if we wanted a to-go. We confirmed we were waiting on a table. We have been low maintenance and extra patient. I’m not sure why they’re continuing to ignore us, but we have no where to be, and are happy to wait. However, at some point, we might be the only customers left in the restaurant, so what will be the excuse, then? After 1.5 hours of waiting and being blatantly ignored, we finally decided that giving up a peaceful Christmas was not worth going to battle with this crew and ordered to-go. We were clearly unwanted. If to-go orders were all you were doing, say so, but don’t let your customers stand there and cycle through 10-20 orders and three-four dine-in families only to then never offer them a seat and punish them for wanting a table. Being Christmas Day, we were feeling blessed with an abundance of patience and willingness to wait, gratitude for our local Waffle House being open on Christmas, and generosity of spirit and pocket. It’s a shame your servers missed out on our hope to pay it forward. Might have even made the local news! P.S. The photo depicts the three tables that remained soiled for over an hour.

I have been to alot of waffle houses but this was by far the worse one. I walked in with my family we werent greeted or anything there was a table available not even busy yet we were waiting to be seated. Only to seat ourselves at a table that was dirty. So after being seated thats when we were finally helped. Then she said are ya gonna help me with cleaning the table. Like seriously. She attended to her white customer's differently then us. As well as the black employees cater to their black customers. We were treated like bottom of the barrel and we felt it was because we were Hispanics not realizing we were born and raised here which isnt none of there busines but we would like to be treated like they treated their own. They greeted everyone but us and we sat back and saw how service was rendered. this is out first time visiting Savanah and so far this place disappointed The photo is of water served to my son. the food was the only thing that lived up but could have all bee better

My family had been stuck in traffic for close to 2 hours coming back from Tybee because of an accident so we were ready to grab something quick to eat. We arrived about 8:30 pm and it took a few minutes for the only waitress to be able to to our table. We order our drinks and the waitress grabbed my daughter's juice from the fridge, that was right behind her, and then went to get my wife and I's drink. Before she made it bake she had to fill a to go order that the cook seemed to refuse to put in the to go containers, so the waitress had to take them off the plate and put them in the container. After about 15 min we finally got our drinks, but we had never placed our order because we didn't have a menu, the waitress quickly got us a menu and we placed our order. The cook complained the entire time we were in there about how if the manager didn't care why should she, she did not have a name badge on, and she only cooked one thing at a time. We received some of our food after 20 minutes had went by from the time we ordered and quickly began to eat, then 10 minutes later we got some more of our food. The eggs were bad, not like didn't taste good but tasted like they were bad eggs, so that was a no go. The rest of the food was very poor as well so we didn't even eat half of what we even paid for. Oh yeah, we finally got the rest of our food brought over at the 1 hour point from the time we sat down, took a bite of it and it wasn't worth eating so we finished up at left. As I sit here typing this up my stomach feels uneasy and my wife has already got sick, not sure if the food caused it or something else. The the waitress was the only good thing...

Tonight at 1100pm was the worst night ever at this waffle house. There was 3 or 4 tables which were already served and almost done with meals.... Waitress didn't get our drink order until about 5-10 minutes after acknowledging us (2 top table) then approx 10-15 minutes before came back for food order. After food order was received by waitress she didn't put it in until about 10-15 minutes later after forgetting to put it in. Cook made my bacon chicken melt, hash browns chopped covered chunked and peppered. Cook made my woman's BLT then he went to sit down and eat and our so far cooked food sat ready for waitress to bring to table after it sat for a couple of minutes getting cold.... he didn't make her cheese eggs, toast, cheese grits or her chocolate pecan waffle. It was mentioned and the waitress was like omg, cook got up and finished making her order. As we ate, waitress came to do a refill of my cherry coke, took my glass and forgot about it and got a new glass and straw.

When we got our ticket and went to pay, the total on ticket was $25.89 and when she swiped the card the receipt was for $28.59 so she had to do a refund and charge the correct amount...

The WORST...
