I personally love waffle house. I often stop to get a bacon and egg sandwich đ„Ș. The only problem I have and waffle house is not the only one guilty of those is cooks either dint understand crispy bacon. When I oder I say it this way and I quote, this is important I would like my bacon over cooked in other words extra crispy where the bacon breaks and not bends even if the slightly burn it I don't want rubbery line bacon. End quote and guess what I get 90% of the time, yep rubbery limp bacon đ„. One waffle house I sent my sandwiche back 3 times, and it kept coming back rubbery and limp. I asked them to just throw the sandwich away and left. So I was out 7 dollars for the sandwich, 5 dollars for a tip, and nothing to eat. It's sad you can't get CRISPY bacon hardly anywhere like Wendy's baconator ad says crispy bacon and when you get it the bacon looks hardly cooked and come on when your paying 7 bucks for a bacon egg sandwich đ„Ș I think it should be what I want. The only other suggestion I have and this for all places is when you cook food hot that will be going on toasted or not bread let the cooked food steam off a little first before wrapping it up other wise your toast comes out soggy it's common sense. If you want to call yourself a cook the repair and pkg the food up like it should be and cook the food like it's ordered. My 2 cents, but as much as I complain or leave reviews, sadly, I no I will keep getting rubbery, undercooked bacon, and soggy bread, which leaves me to wonder why I do these reviews because nothing...
Read moreMy husband and I went to the restaurant at 12:30 AM on 4/23/2023. I know it was prom night and they must have been busy, but when we entered there was only two tables being used and two counter seats. The other tables were empty, but filthy.
My husband asked if it was okay for us to dine in. The cook said âwhateverâ and then ignored us. We waited hoping a table would be cleaned for us. Eventually I left for the restroom and when I came back I noticed the waitress storm to the cook. They pointed at us and were arguing about whether or not we should be served. The waitress said âfine, but no more people after them.â It was so uncomfortable and, quite honestly, it was embarrassing. The people at the counter were looking at us and I felt ashamed to even be in the restaurant. I told my husband to get up and leave.
We would have left if they had told us they were closed or too busy. The fact that they argued in front of us and made it clear they didnât want us there was beyond ridiculous and was no appropriate. It was an humiliating experience and I donât think I will ever return to this location. Raising Caneâs down the street was happy to serve us and made us...

I had a very upsetting experience at your restaurant this afternoon while picking up my food. As I approached the counter to speak to the staff, a male customer began mocking my pronunciation. He laughed, turned toward me, and repeated my words in a mocking tone, clearly ridiculing the way I spoke.
When I asked him, âWhatâs wrong with you?â, he continued to laugh and imitate my accent without any sign of remorse.
Iâm fully aware that my English may not have a native accent, but does that give someone the right to humiliate me in public? Whatâs even more disappointing is that several staff members were present and witnessed the incident, yet no one stepped in to address the behavior.
Should I feel welcome to return to a place where such harassment is tolerated? Is your restaurant only for people who speak English with a flawless accent?
Iâm asking that your management and staff take such situations seriously in the future. When a customer is publicly mocked or harassed, it is your responsibility to intervene. Please do not turn a blind eye, as happened...
