I did a mobile order at the connector 3 Wendys in Dalton Ga. I ordered a bacon cheese potato and a few other things. I live 5 minutes away. My potato was shriveled up and it had already turned brown I ate bacon cheese and sour cream if i hadn't of gotten some free pub fries from the offers I wouldn't have had anything to eat. Baked potatoes have a hold time this one obviously had more than surpassed that time. They cut that potato open to put the toppings on and still served it. Maybe it needs a manager that knows what's going on.
Everytime I want a baked potato low and behold they don't have any.At the start of dinner hour you should not be told it's a 45 minute wait on potatoes. Who wants to wait I can go home and cook my own. But between 5 and 7pm there should be fresh everything.
Now i go to Wendy's and the lobby hours are supposed to be 6am til 10 pm but they are closed inside I prefer to go in and order.So it's really frustrating now I have to eithe waît or just go somewhere else or just go back home and eat..
Once again at Wendy's and no baked potato so I ordered a chili instead and well no chili either. It's always like this it seems maybe I should call ahead??? once again I order at Wendy' a baked potato and a crispy chicken the baked potato was Brown because it had been Sitting TOO LONG and my chicken sandwich was supposed to have extra mayo but it barely had any. this happens all the time I think someone is doing their job better this...

I ordered a large coffee and had asked for cream. She advised that they were out of cream so I asked for milk in my coffee instead. She said she would have to charge me for the milk- which is not good customer service as it's not the customers fault that your restaurant ran out of creamer. I told her I thought that was messed up.
When I got to the window she had a very irritated look on her face and quite frankly was rude! Apparently she has other complaints in reviews as I saw her name mentioned. Maybe a customer service class is needed.
I also ordered 2 Breakfast Baconators, a large coffee, and 2 breakfast croissant deals- which were supposed to include seasoned potatoes. Instead I received 1 French fry and no seasoned potatoes...not even 2 French fries.
All 4 sandwiches I ordered were also cold and I had to go to a neighboring gas station to purchase cream for my coffee.
Something needs to be done about the rude employee. There's no sense in being rude. I understand running out of an item but milk should have been offered. My order did not include all the items ordered and the food was cold.
