Pulled through the drive through of store #3099 and ordered a burger meal. When I got the window I realized I had forgotten to add a 6 piece saucy nugget. The attended at the window attempted to assist until a manager (some younger guy with higher authority) came to the window and told me they “couldn’t add them because it “wouldn’t be fair to the people behind me because it would take too long to make them” and then audibly told the attendant “don’t add at the window”. As a customer all I can say is what a load of BS. I HADN’T EVEN PAID, YET. It would have been no different than if I had ordered them at the speaker. I was then told if I wanted them I’d have to circle back through the drive through. I paid for my burger and circled back. Ordered the saucy nuggets, paid, and guess what? Nuggets were handed to me as soon as I got to the window. No wait. So much for “taking to long to make them”. I left and pulled off down the road to eat my food. Burger wasn’t right, and by this time cold, same with the fries. Nuggets had been tossed in the wrong sauce and were also cold telling me they weren’t made fresh. Again, “taking to long to make”?? BS.

Read moreWendy’s Hwy 80/Wilmington Island, Georgia Went to Wendy’s on Hwy 80 last night. It was 15 minutes before closing. I ordered 2 Combos and 2 sandwiches. I checked my order and was missing one order of fries. I finally got the attention of the girl at the window. I explained I was missing a fry. She closed the window. I waited and waited. I knocked on the window. She finally opened and said you didn’t order 2 combos! I said yes I did I got 2 drinks, and I ordered 2 combos and I’m missing a fry. Again she shut the window. I waited and she never came back. Another girl heard what was going on and just stared at me! Finally, I honked my horn and a young man came over and opened the window. I asked to see the manager. The young man went to get the manager and came back and said the manager does not want to talk to you. He’s shutting everything down and he’s not going to talk to you. My daughter and I drove away. What happened to customer service. What happened to treating the customer with some respect? This is why I always go to Chick fil a because the employees are trained correctly and give very good customer service. Read moreMaybe posting on here will get someone’s attention since obviously speaking with corporate did nothing . There is an employee who has stepped way out of bounds with not only my mom but girlfriend and other delivery drivers . Following them to car taking their phone to get their number and then asking for dirty pictures. As of today all the general manager did was tell this employee not to acknowledge my mom and the reason I know this is because the employee contacted her again letting her know this and she has never responded to him ever he makes them both uncomfortable when they frequent this place of business. As of now there has been no follow up with my mom and she has tried to reach out again to corporate for the last 2 days to remain on hold for over 30 min and no one has picked up. I have advised her to reach out to an attorney at this point. she should not have to suffer loosing money by refusing to go in there now as a delivery driver or as a customer.
