Review: My recent visit to Wendy's left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. It is with great regret that I write this review, highlighting the abysmal customer service I encountered during my visit. The experience was so dreadful that it has permanently tarnished my opinion of Wendy's as a fast food chain.
From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, the atmosphere exuded an air of indifference and apathy from the staff. The employees seemed disinterested and unmotivated, displaying a complete lack of enthusiasm for their work. Not a single smile or warm greeting was offered, making me question their commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
As I proceeded to place my order, the attendant exhibited an astonishing lack of knowledge about the menu items. I asked a few simple questions about the ingredients and customization options, only to be met with vague and unhelpful responses. It was as if they were untrained or simply didn't care enough to assist customers properly.
To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. The staff seemed to prioritize their own conversations and personal matters over attending to the customers waiting in line. Numerous times, I witnessed employees chatting amongst themselves, completely disregarding the long queue of hungry patrons growing increasingly impatient.
When my order finally arrived, it was riddled with errors and lacked the quality I had come to expect from Wendy's. The food was lukewarm, the burger was hastily assembled, and the toppings were haphazardly thrown together. It was evident that attention to detail and pride in their product were sorely lacking.
As if the disappointing food and lackluster service weren't enough, the employees' attitude towards complaints was downright appalling. When I politely raised my concerns with a supervisor, they dismissed my grievances without any attempt to rectify the situation. It was as if they were accustomed to receiving complaints and had grown immune to the concept of customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, my experience at Wendy's was nothing short of a disaster. The terrible customer service, lack of professionalism, and apathetic attitude of the staff left me feeling disheartened. I have always held Wendy's in high regard, but after this ordeal, I find it difficult to recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. Read moreWalked in to hear the employees screaming and yelling at each other. Went to the bathroom and these were my choices of toilets. I decided “ew” let me wash my hands and I’ll go order some food. Walked over to the sink and there was blood and snot all over the sink. All over the faucet. I grabbed a paper towel to open the door and just left. I’m not hungry anymore, but I do have to find another place to go to the bathroom, and scrub my hands raw.
Update: accidentally came by here, again😭 wish I had checked which location it was before I had stopped to order food. They tried to give us a hard time and argued with us about giving us our 4 drinks that came with the food. When we mentioned what we had (because they asked and had obviously forgot) we got snapped at and told “okay?? She’s making it” There were EMPLOYEES outside smoking weed, cursing and screaming, flying through the parking lot, etc. They of course left out all of our sauces, left out our straws, and nuggets from one biggie bag, and a chicken sandwich swapped for a cheeseburger. I’ve been blowing up their phone to try and get a refund or anything and no one will answer. At this point why not shut the whole location down if it’s obvious Wendy’s cannot hire responsible adults to work for this location. So disgusted with each experience I’ve had here, there’s a reason they only have a 2 star yelp review, and I will be calling corporate to inform them...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Wendy’s ever. It’s always the evening shift that I have a problem with. The morning shift is always nice, the food is hot, and my order is always correct. After 5pm everyone has an attitude, 9/10 the food is wrong, and cold. I went by there yesterday and I placed a mobile order. They had me to pull up to the door to get my order. When I received it the drink was wrong so i pulled back around to the window. One girl just stood there and looked at me like “what do you want”, never came to the window. The young lady who brought my food out came to the window and I proceeded to tell her this is the wrong flavor drink. She took it back but as she was remaking it the other girl who just looked at me had a lot to say. The window was closed so I’m not sure what was exactly said. When the young lady opened the window to hand me the drink the girl with the attitude gone say you put grape on your mobile order. I proceed to tell her that I didn’t and I had the order pulled up on my phone that clearly stated “orange Powerade”. She still argued me down about something she got wrong. I don’t know why I keep trying to give them chance after chance. This location is about 3 minutes from my house so it’s convenient but from now on I’ll drive 10 minutes to another location that has better...
