A very hectic afternoon led our family to this Zaxby's location in hopes of making up for lost time by not having to prepare dinner for everyone. Welllll... kinda deflated because my husband's Asian salad looked like he picked it up from a Quickie Mart cooler and lacked the appeal your marketing department promised. Meat and lettuce were the only ingredients and the egg roll magically disappeared. My husband was so disappointed that he didn't even want the salad. If this location was out of certain ingredients, it is understandable. However, if the location was out of something, communication from an employee to my husband could have prevented this situation entirely. Had he been informed of an omission (had this been the case) he could have chosen something else. Now, we can't trust your location to prepare our order correctly. Read moreThe food is tasty, but the past couple of times I ate there, the containers had.. melted? Which is kind of unacceptable, to be honest, I don’t want plastic in my tater chips. I spoke to my friend who worked there the first time it happened, and he told me that there is a manager there who prioritizes drive-thru times above all else, to the point where, for the sake of speed, they dump fried food, undrained and still dripping with hot oil, directly into the styrofoam takeout containers. The first time this happened I gave it a pass, because I figured it was just a one-time thing, but today it happened again. Read moreThey can’t seem to get a simple order right. I get all the way home and it’s wrong. I call and they are hateful and say I can come up to the store and get refunded. I explain I don’t want a refund, I would like the food I ordered. I drive all the way back up there, go to the drive through I previously went to before only to be told they can’t redo my order via the drive through I just went through to order 20 min ago. I just got off from a 12 hour shift, I’m absolutely exhausted, and the last thing I want to do is go inside to deal with YOUR mistake. Just switch the items out via the drive though. Absolutely ridiculous. When I go inside, because I have no other option if I want my food, they were very hateful and rude....
