Pistoleros Bar & Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Gibbon

We’re in the area for a few days to experience the Sandhill Crane migration. Being a fairly rural part of the state, selections for dining out are not abundant. We were pleasantly surprised by Pistoleros. The server attended us promptly and delivered our drinks along with freshly made tortilla chips and green salsa. Both were very good. The menu is unusual but understandable upon review. We each ordered spiced chicken burritos and selected out included toppings. They were large and tasty. Half was about right for us so we’ll enjoy another meal for this very reasonable price. Two burritos and one beer were only $20.
