We had a wonderful experience here! They are reopening with new staff so there’s definitely some kinks to work out, but I loved that part about it…. Just adds to the charm! We stopped by in the middle of the afternoon and had excellent friendly service. The Rueben was delicious, but soooo rich. I couldn’t finish it.    Read moreWe love coming here on weekends for breakfast!! The staff is really quick, friendly, we love how they know their regulars, the people we've met are just as friendly... Always a conversation somewhere to be had... The food is delicious BUT I will say, be sure to be hungry!! They are NOT your average restaurant of high price, little food, it's a reasonable price, great quality of food and definitely an abundance... Empty tummy required... Best fried chicken steak and chicken fried chicken... Bacon is not thin and flimsy and real eggs... Can't beat it!...

My only complaint is that you walk right in to tables and we weren't sure if we set ourselves or ordered somewhere, it would have been nice to be greeted. Take the time to drive the 4 miles into town, I don't think you'll be...
