No issues with the food appart from not actually having items available for order on the kiosk. Poor employee attitude and poor management was clearly evident. The place was a mess. Tables were dirty; the drink area was trashed, and the pickup area was full of litter. We watched the manager/supervisor openly criticize her employees for not automatically picking up every 15 minutes - seems like keeping track of time should be a manager / supervisor issue. Perhaps she should have a timer on her watch rather than belitting her employees. Then we watched an employee come out to pick up while she (the employee) openly talked condescendingly about customers needing to be taught how use a garbage can.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for years and years. I have stopped many times here before even before the google reviews was a thing I would like to say time and time again this is a very good McDonald’s. It’s very fast on service especially when I’m traveling and have to get to certain places my wait time has never been long. The service as in the employees always have good attitudes never have been able to complain about nobody. CLEAN!? Yes very I haven’t seen anything out of the normal stuff. OF COURSE the food is always on point for McDonald’s. I will be here over and over again. The bathrooms are also 10/10 very very clean.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for years and years. I have stopped many times here before even before the google reviews was a thing I would like to say time and time again this is a very good McDonald’s. It’s very fast on service especially when I’m traveling and have to get to certain places my wait time has never been long. Food's okay. But it's one of the highest prices that I've had to pay for McDonald's outside of California's nonsense. There's no excuses for prices being this high here. What really irked me is that on top of charging such high prices, they jipped me some of my order. I didn't receive the whole order. Which made me feel like I was robbed. Brought it to their attention, nobody seemed to care. All I got was I'm sorry. They didn't seem to care about trying to fix the problem. I will not be back. If you can't train your employees to bring this to the manager's attention and get resolution, you don't deserve to work there. Manager doesn't deserve the work there if he or she can't train their employees To do their job. Their job includes resolving customer complaints instead of just ignoring them. I'm sorry but I'm a passive person, I don't demand to see the manager. I did ask the employee to forward the information to the manager. Which twice went ignored by two different employees. Won't be back here. Even though I drive through here multiple times a month as a truck driver and have been coming here for years. I'll just go to the Carl's Jr right across the parking lot. By the way I'm not just a truck driver, I worked as a store manager for 20 years, and I would have never allow the customer to go out unhappy. I would have always trained my employees toward this information to me immediately and tell the customer to wait for the manager. This is just laziness beyond belief because of the manager here at the manager never emphasized to their employees to take care of...

To the owners of this McDonald's!! What is the meaning of fast food restaurant to you folks? I'll tell you what it means to me because I managed a KFC restaurants along time ago and I've learned that a customers deserves a hot great tasting meal because that's what a customer expects from a fast food restaurant! In my days if we served cold or warm food guess what we would get bad points and a calls from corporate office of a customers complaining that his or her meal was cold due to not meeting the correct temperature of the product! Your restaurant needs attention in this topic why? Because I ordered spicy chicken sandwitches and they were warm not hot, 20 pcs of nuggets warm not hot! 👎 this is what your restaurant deserves of serving warn or cold meals!! In my days we took pride of serving our customers hot and fresh food because we notified them it would be a few mins if you like to wait for your meal so it can be fresh and hot! In addition we would offer a free drink while they waited for their meal and you know something they keept coming back because the great service we offered them. Here I would not come back because this problem you continue to have. It is not the 1st time I had this problem with this restaurant! Shame on the name that you represent because if the corporate knew the service that your restaurant is providing they would ask you to change your name and stop giving them a bad reputation to the chain of McDonalds restaurants! I held off from writing a review when the incident happened in hopes of my anger, frustration, and just flat out disappointment subsided . Unfortunately that has not been the case. I went to McDonald’s to enjoy a meal with my family not be racially profiled because I’m Hispanic. I was placing my order with the cashier and she couldn’t hear me. I understood that since there were a lot of people there plus we were wearing mask since COVID. So I raised my voice in the hopes of her hearing me but instead she looked at me then proceeded to walk away. I wasn’t to concerned with her walking away because maybe she went to find someone that could hear me better. She did have someone come up to me and immediately started asking for my order in Spanish. I told the new cashier that I spoke English right after she asked for my order and she looked so embarrassed that she spoke in Spanish. She apologized and went to her manager. The manager told the original cashier to come take my order but she would not put down the things she was doing, simply because she didn’t want to help me. I really wanted to believe that it was a mistake but when I looked around the room we were the only Hispanic looking family there. I didn’t get an apology from management or even the original cashier very...
