Food's okay. But it's one of the highest prices that I've had to pay for McDonald's outside of California's nonsense. There's no excuses for prices being this high here. What really irked me is that on top of charging such high prices, they jipped me some of my order. I didn't receive the whole order. Which made me feel like I was robbed. Brought it to their attention, nobody seemed to care. All I got was I'm sorry. They didn't seem to care about trying to fix the problem. I will not be back. If you can't train your employees to bring this to the manager's attention and get resolution, you don't deserve to work there. Manager doesn't deserve the work there if he or she can't train their employees To do their job. Their job includes resolving customer complaints instead of just ignoring them. I'm sorry but I'm a passive person, I don't demand to see the manager. I did ask the employee to forward the information to the manager. Which twice went ignored by two different employees. Won't be back here. Even though I drive through here multiple times a month as a truck driver and have been coming here for years. I'll just go to the Carl's Jr right across the parking lot. By the way I'm not just a truck driver, I worked as a store manager for 20 years, and I would have never allow the customer to go out unhappy. I would have always trained my employees toward this information to me immediately and tell the customer to wait for the manager. I'll tell you what it means to me because I managed a KFC restaurants along time ago and I've learned that a customers deserves a hot great tasting meal because that's what a customer expects from a fast food restaurant! In my days if we served cold or warm food guess what we would get bad points and a calls from corporate office of a customers complaining that his or her meal was cold due to not meeting the correct temperature of the product! Read moreI held off from writing a review when the incident happened in hopes of my anger, frustration, and just flat out disappointment subsided . Unfortunately that has not been the case. I went to McDonald’s to enjoy a meal with my family not be racially profiled because I’m Hispanic. I was placing my order with the cashier and she couldn’t hear me. I understood that since there were a lot of people there plus we were wearing mask since COVID. So I raised my voice in the hopes of her hearing me but instead she looked at me then proceeded to walk away. I wasn’t to concerned with her walking away because maybe she went to find someone that could hear me better. She did have someone come up to me and immediately started asking for my order in Spanish. I told the new cashier that I spoke English right after she asked for my order and she looked so embarrassed that she spoke in Spanish. She apologized and went to her manager. The manager told the original cashier to come take my order but she would not put down the things she was doing, simply because she didn’t want to help me.
