Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Gilbert

I was extremely sad when I had to stop going to the black rock in Mesa ( Gilbert and baseline ) . That location will always be my favorite that store manager is the sweetest, lady and really makes you feel welcomed every single visit . Very genuine person and made sure her staff carried their self the same way .

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience almost every time going to the Val vista and queen creek location . Their attitude is garbage and extremely saddens me the manager there allows it , his attitude is absolutely disgusting.I had to stop going to black rock for a while because I couldn’t bare the disrespect anymore at that location .

I made the choice to try this new location , it was definitely not a mistake . I’ll be coming here regularly again . ❤️I like this location . Great employees at this location. Really makes...

At one point this used to be the best black rock. Great coffee, great atmosphere great music. But in the last few weeks on certain days, they have different staff. I always place my order on the app. Now there’s no purpose to use the app because even if you place your order 20 minutes You walk in and they see you and tell Them the name on the order they still continue to serve the drive-through so you’re better off just coming in and ordering In person. Or going to a different black rock or actually just driving through the drive since people in the drive-through get better service than using the app or going in...

Have been in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes now and only three cars have moved ahead of me. Painfully slow experience as I’ve watched people who got here at the same time walk inside and out and be gone by now.

They spoke through the intercom saying they weren’t using the speaker to take orders this morning. I’m sure there’s other alternatives like walking outside as other locations do. No acknowledgment or the long wait or apology when arriving at the window. Not sure what happened today, but if it was short staff - it’s morning and this location especially...
