BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Gilbert

Update: from today’s service from 2:30pm! Never ever again! I liked them. Close, convenient and the donuts are good. I thought right away they aren’t the cleanest Bosa but whatever. Today, the service was unacceptable and never going back! The gentleman working was rude and for no reason! I went at 2:30pm! No one was in the store when I came in and during my WHOLE VISIT, NO ONE came in or through the drive thru so to be rude to obviously your openly customers is beyond me! Ordered sandwiches, he was rude! Added donuts to my order and rolled his eyes and wanted to obviously keep that going so he continuously was beyond rude. I still say please and thank you. I hope he finds a new position where he doesn’t have to deal with people! I will NEVER go back here! I rather drive to a cleaner more pleasant Bosa! I have never understood how some places doors stay open?! Am I the only one that wants good customer service?! I have never ever been rude on the customer end, Because I have worked customer service for years and I truly understand how difficult people can be so I always treat people with respect and am pleasant. So today I wasn’t going to change because of this gentleman! Maybe some management needs to come in and revamp the whole location and retrain...

Disappointing quality and service. My wife and I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 donuts today. The donuts were okay but nothing special. However, the quality and service for the sandwiches were horrible. First, the person who took our order did not forward them to the person in charge of making the sandwiches, which resulted in a 15 minute wait on a non-busy day. Not sure what would have happened if I didn't follow-up on my order. Secondly, we ordered a ham and egg bagel sandwich, but ended up getting a bacon and egg sandwich. After another 7 minute wait to rectify the issue, I noticed that they gave me the exact bread and egg. They only took out the bacon and replaced it with ham. The used the exact same bagel, as I noticed the previous bite I had. This is not acceptable for a sandwich that has already been out and passed around between employees. Rude, younger blonde girl working in the morning of Aug 10 needs to have her attitude adjusted, acting like some big shot working min wage at a run down donut shop GTFOH . If u don’t want to be at least polite in a customer service position DON’T GET A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m new to AZ and had questions about some donuts and flavours and got nothing but major attitude and major power tripping. I also had a digital coupon that they would not honour bc it needed to be printed. Hey Bosa 2004 called, they want their laser inkjet printer back! Who do y’all think prints anything anymore. Get with the program. $17 for a dozen donuts plus the attitude and filth warrants a never again from me. Boooo, do better.
