Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gilbert

Worst Domino's ever!!! I ordered through the app, I get a phone call, delivery will be 2 hour wait, I tell the guy I will pick up. I went to my usual Domino's exactly 1 mile from my house. They tell me they do not have my order, what? I look at the app sure enough it went to the other Domino's 4 miles away, the girl told me that the delivery boundary changed. Ok, so I head to the other one. I walk in and was completely ignored for 10 minutes. Two employees saw me giggled and went in the back, the other two, one was training the other kid how to make pizzas. Fine, I am getting ticked by now, finally the girl that was training came over when I said something. I left the store with my pizzas, noticed no salad! I paid for a salad but didn't get one. WORST PIZZA EVER!!!! IT LOOKED LIKE A 4 YEAR OLD MADE IT! The sausage pepper had so much sauce it was really inedible! It was cold. I ordered extra cheese, it had very little cheese 2 pieces of sausage and 4 little green peppers. I called to complain about my salad and the pizzas and the guy could not give me a refund over the phone. He said he could give me a credit for next time, I told no way, I will never be back. DON'T GO HERE! Marquis was the only employee NOT wearing a mask! The other three did have them on. I guess...

Absolutely love this location!!! I have celiacs disease so eating out is already difficult as it is. When I found out that Dominos offers a gf crust that made me super stoked. I’ve ate gluten free pizzas from this location so many times and have not had any issues. I loved when they used to not have the call center because it was easier to explain the whole celiac shpeel. Today I ordered a pizza for late lunch/early dinner. Once the call center placed my order, I had them transfer me to the store so I can speak to a worker about how to prepare the pizza to make sure I don’t get sick. I was taken by surprise when the woman who answered, named Angie, knew exactly how to prepare the pizza for celiacs. Angie informed me that her cousin has celiac as well and knew the severity of what would happen with cross contamination. I will continue to keep coming to this location because I know that they go the extra mile every time to prepare my food safely. I hoped that the pandemic would force this location to shutdown! I rarely get my correct order from them nor does their pizza meet expected dominos standards.

I ordered delivery from them tonight. The pizza was delivered according to my instructions and was relatively quick. However, the actual food was just terrible. No garlic butter (or whatever) on the crust. I ordered extra sauce on one of the pizzas and it was prepared with less than normal amount sauce (this is at least the third time this has happened). I cannot explain how disappointing this pizza is. I would be happier with both emotionally and financially just buying a $4 frozen pizza.

If anyone else lives in the general area, I would advise going to the val vista/warner location over this one.
