Gotcha Latte e-Cafe — Restaurant in Gillespie

I can't understand how someone can place a large donut in a bag and turn to their side and place upside down. Sadly I didn't notice till I got home. I took it back and asked the girl at the counter if I was rude. I figured she had to have done it for a reason when I told her what she did she said "Sorry" then staired at me. I had to ask her for my money back. The least she could have done was refund me and give me another doughnut for waisting my time. I am blaming the owners for not teaching their staff propper customer service. They are exactly why we have horrible customer service everywhere we go. They should be tought the customer is always right. It looks like the owners handed her the keys and said good luck. People like this should not be able to own a business. It is the owners obligation to train the employees on proper customer service. Young or old. I see less and less people there every time I go. I can see why. I am all for supporting local business even if it cost more but sadly this is one local business I will no longer be supporting. I hope the owners watch the video from their cameras and do the right thing. ...

We were passing through town on a weekend getaway and decided to stop in. Service was amazing our batista was so nice and chatted with us about the town and our trip. She mentioned she wasn't the typical Sunday batista, but nonetheless she killed it! The coffee was amazing and reasonably priced and the donuts were yummy. We had tried another coffee shop a town or two over the day before and this coffee made the other shop seem like a disappointment. Seriously amazing service and amazing coffee. This little coffee shop, which doubles as an internet/gaming cafe is an unexpected treat. They offer a great variety of both hot and cold coffee based drinks at very reasonable prices. Above all it is way better than that gas station latte you thought was your only alternative. It's just a couple blocks south of the stop sign on Rte. 16.
