I was really disappointed with the preparation and amount of food I ordered for the price. As you can see in the pics, the amount of rice they give you is TINY...both these pics together cost $25+ with tax. Do you think this is priced right for a takeout place? I personally don't, especially for the amount of cheap white rice it takes to fill out a meal and why so little was included feels deceptive.

I asked for extra spicy on both General Tso's chicken and Hunan Two Way, and they said they would make them extra spicy. Neither of them were at all spicy. When picking up my food, I asked for a side of red chili sauce and she said they included a side of it already because I had asked for extra spicy -- but the food itself was not spicy and I double confirmed before placing my order they would make it spicy. Further as you can see in the pictures, the amount of rice they give you is pitiful!! Rice is cheap and the General Tso's was $11 and the Hunan Two Way was $12+. I have never seen a chinese restaruant give so little rice with rather expensive dishes for a takeout place. The food tasted ok, but nothing spectacular, and definitely not spicy. Overall, I feel that they didn't prepare the food as they said they would, it was overpriced, and to include so little rice is really deceptive. I would have preferred to pay more to get more rice or be honest about how much rice is included. The sad thing is, now they have lost my...

9/14/22 Update would not recommend the mongolian beef. 75% of the container was onions and brown sauce. I get food costs are going up but its not acceptable to give the customer that amount of onion. Any other vegetable would have been acceptable, I've never seen a mongolian beef with that much sauce and onions period.

Tried their lunch special to go and it was a good value at $6.55 which included fried rice, entree, cup of soup, and one crab Rangoon and egg roll. The restaurant was very clean, organized, and modern. The young girl at the front was very friendly and helpful. The food tasted good but the orange chicken I tried tasted more like Generat Tso's so I'm not sure if they had my order wrong or both dishes are just very similar at this restaurant. Even the sauce was dark like a Tso's when usually orange chicken is more of a lighter...

I've had Hunan Garden before and it was good, but today.. 11-15 it is nearly inedible. Spent $60 and are throwing out at least $35 worth of food. The beef with broccoli has almost no flavor in the sauce while the broccoli tastes farty, and I love broccoli! The lo mein is just spaghetti noodles and again no flavor at all. The paper wrapped chicken seemed mealy and kind of sour, I spit it out. The beef stick was tasty though and the crab rangoon are fine.. but not my favorite. Very sad dinner for me today. :( I'd love to try them again, but maybe 1 thing at a time so I don't waste too much money.

I have now had hunan garden 2 more times. Once, the beef with broccoli was good and again today 2-17 there's absolutely no flavor. I don't get it, it's been different every...

The staff was very friendly and attentive to all the tables. The decor is nice and the kitty robot was a delight. The food was very typical Americanized Chinese food. The egg drop soup was standard. The egg rolls were good and my table mates said they enjoyed the grab Rangoon. My General Tso's chicken had a good flavor with the sauce, but there were two things that ruined the dish for me. First, there was way too much sauce. I couldn't eat half of my rice because it was doused with so much of the sauce. It was sweetness overload. Second, the chicken was coated with so much breading that there was barely any chicken. I think that is pretty typical so they can charge such cheap prices. I'm willing to pay more if I can please get more chicken and less breading.
