Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Glasgow

They don't have fiesta taco pizza there and that pizza was the only reason we went there to eat. Such a disappointment! We really hoped to have it. Ended up ordering chicken alfredo, which I think is pricy for the quality. The waitress was friendly - the only psoitive note... Everything is really dirty and needs some major cleaning. Menu cards disgusting and sticking to your hands. Water was disgusting too, even lemon didn't help. You'll better of getting a soda. It also looked like the manager (I believe that was the manager) treats the place as personal party place. People were in and out constantly, always going or leaving the same table where the manager sat, and they all were very loud. I don't think this should be a friend/family gathering place if you're at work. Leave your personal life outside! Especially, that thay were very very loud and annoying. If I ever am in this area again, I will never visit this...

What once was a proud staple of Glasgow has become a disappointing mess. This Pizza Hut suffers from ineffective and inconsistent management—one manager stands out for their effort, but another clearly can’t handle more than one or two orders at a time. The result? Ridiculous wait times, confusion, and frustrated employees who clearly don't want to be there.

With the other location closed for rebuilding, this store was overwhelmed and completely unprepared to handle the extra demand. Most of the crew lacks proper training, and it shows. While a few employees genuinely try, they’re set up to fail under poor leadership.

The pizza is still decent—but not worth the hassle. If you want better service and faster turnaround, I suggest Domino’s, Papa John’s, or even Little Caesars.

Do better, Pizza Hut. You used to be the best. Here’s hoping you find...

This Pizza Hut location has consistently delivered above standard customer service AND delicious pizza AND yummy boneless wings. Each month, my child receives a coupon from her school to redeem for a free personal pizza. Their reading program is one of the most rewarding services they have. I support this business and hope they can continue to add great reading programs for kids.

Update 8/1/22 - this location is still delivering top quality fast food pizza 😊. We enjoy feasting on this pizza
