Subway — Restaurant in Glassport

So, went into this location on a Saturday morning abt 11am with my son who was treating that day and he ordered 2 footlongs and I ordered a salad, while sandwiches were being toasted the lady started on my salad, now the lettuce and spinach were all wilted,you can tell it was leftover from last night, the lettuce was starting to turn brown at the edges so I asked if they had fresh lettuce and she said no so I'm like this is all you have for the day? She then proceeds to explain to me that she would have to prep it (we all know the lettuce comes already shredded in a bag) and that it was browning because it was frozen (most of us know what happens when lettuce is frozen and then thawed...except maybe her), anyway I'm not one to make a scene and it was too early in the am to be trying to explain to her why I preferred fresh lettuce so I politely declined the salad, my son got his sandwiches (he didn't care about the lettuce) and we left...all I'm saying is that FRESH is Subways claim to fame and if a paying customer asks for fresh lettuce, I don't understand why the customer can't get...

Just left here after picking up my mobile order and NEVER EVER again! I forgot to order a footlong cookie with our order and I didn't bring my wallet since I prepaid online. So my daughter grabbed quarters (not pennies, dimes and nickels) QUARTERS out of my truck to pay. The lady stood there staring at her and refused to take them. So I took them from her hand and reached under glass divider to hand them to her and she said "I normally don't take these" Take what!?! US CURRENCY!! So of course my daughter felt bad and got nervous but tried to be nice and said "thank you....have a nice night" and the lady rolled her eyes!!! Are you kidding me? I told her she was rude and we wouldn't be ordering from there again and she said Thanks bye. I try to support local businesses but I'm done with this...

I always have a decent experience at this store but the one worker Tiara went above and beyond to explain the online ordering when I called. The other worker was also working hard even though the customers she was dealing with were crackheads and trying to make fun of her. Tiara I even asked hey could you just make me another sandwich since I put the wrong coupon in, and she said no I can’t. Even when I offered a tip. She passed the test. I used to work for subway when I was 17 on 51 and Smithfield etc....
