We have been eating here ever since it opened. They only do takeout now because of Covid but the place is always “bumping” as the kids say. There is always a stream of people coming in to pick up takeout - workers on their lunch to parents bringing home dinner. Whenever there is a power shortage you can bet that they will be especially busy. The food is your standard Chinese takeout fare. There is nothing too exotic on the menu but you can find all the usual favorites that most people like. And the prices are incredibly good. In fact, often my wife and I will buy two each of the luncheon specials, having one for lunch and saving the other for dinner. With each other luncheon specials comes with an option of white or pork fried rice, eggroll or soup. it is a family run operation and the staff there are extremely friendly, especially Jimmy who seems to be the head guy. There should be a training on how to treat people of color, my wife went in and was looking at the menu to place an order, she asked the older gentlemen if they served French fries, the guy stated “this isn’t McDonald’s in a rude and disrespectful manner” she ignored the comment and placed the order anyways, she came back in and told me about the incident and I went in and spoke with the younger gentlemen who took care of the situation, he very courteous and respectful and apologized sincerely about the incident, he refunded the money and continuously stated he will talk with the owner about the situation, we respect everyone we come in contact with, race or ethnicity does not matter, if you want to keep loyal customers, this type of behavior...

I finally found Szechuan and it was repeated, “you want extra spicy?” YES, extra spicy 🌶️ thank you! $13.00 Szechuan chicken and shrimp could have been excellent but 0 SZECHUAN spice. NONE, ZERO, NADA! Brown water around veggies, chopped chicken and 3 shrimp. I will be reheating it with MY OWN chili peppers and HOT CHILI POBLANO PEPPER sauce, because your food is tasteless for $45.00! SZECHUAN IS SUPPOSED to be SPICY!! Beef and broccoli = BLAND TOO!!!
