I was already going to leave a 5 ā­ļø review, but now I MUST!

Not going to shame a local business, but my partner and I stopped at a nearby business prior and were horrified. When we found this place, we found heaven.

I do have two requests: -I ordered the avocado toast, not knowing there was mayonnaise, as it wasnā€™t stated on the menu. It was 100% fixed and I have no shade, BUT it would still be nice to written, OR ā€œ *Can be made vegan: no feta/mayonnaise, w/ hummus ā€œ šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø -A mirror for the bathroom. We were camping nearby and this was our first stop before going into Dino Valley State Park. I know, call me vain, but itā€™s the little things.

Anyways, this should be on everyoneā€™s stop because everything...

Very fast service, great coffee and really yummy food! Iā€™m so glad they also have a rewards system. We will definitely be coming back anytime we are in town.

Editing to add: Iā€™m 100% in love with this shop. Every single employee I have encountered is incredibly kind and professional. The food and drinks are always consistently delicious. I have been recommending this place to all of our family. I will GLADLY pay the $1-$2 extra for a coffee every time to this company over going to Starbucks. My husband and I save our ā€œgoing out to eatā€ budget every week so that we can get breakfast or lunch here each weekend. Food and drinks are good but nothing trumps...

UPDATE: read all the way to the bottom.I would like to try out this place. I have to pick up the boys for high school and would love to seat and wait for the kids to get out of school. Just seat and have a cup of coffee and a bit to eat. They are always closed when I get there. So I give a three star. Well looks like I will wait until Starbuck opens up to seat and wait for the kids. The only thing is Starbucks is not close by like this place is. Very sad!!! OK, I have to change my view. I went in there to have a little breakfast and coffee. They Blew me away. The food was awesome. The service was great. I will...

If youā€™re visiting Glen Rose and looking for a cozy coffee shop to get your coffee fix, give this place a try! The staff was really friendly and the menu has great signature drinks. They have lots of Monin syrups to choose from so if youā€™re someone who likes variety you may love this place! I usually prefer lattes and I have to say for a little small town coffee shop it hit the spot. Havenā€™t tried their drip, cortado, caps, etc., so canā€™t speak on that. But as far as lattes itā€™s a yes from me! (Iā€™m pretty picky with my 5 stars which is why itā€™s not 5 ;) )

Glen Rose Coffee Co was our first stop of the day before visiting creatures of the past and wildlife of the present. There is a lovely mural on the side of the building and what seems to be a new logo. Inside is very clean and modern. A nice, cool spot to chill and sip on coffees before or after you Glen Rose adventures. I was able to chat with the owner a little bit and the service was amazing! On top of that, our coffees were delicious and quenched our caffeine needs for the day. I'll definitely be back for more!

What a pleasant discovery! So thankful to find this new local spot! The service was exceptional! Quality care and service so rare these days, what a gem! The food & bakery offerings were thoughtful and many to choose from! Our panini and avocado toast w bacon were delicious! The iced matcha was the best weā€™ve had! The owner personally helped us and was a delight! I wish yā€™all the very best! Glen Roseā€™ NEW FAV SPOT!
