Wendy's — Restaurant in Glendale Heights

I've been through the drive in at this place 3 times. I don't remember the first time but the last two have been HORRIBLE! Once it was really slow but the worst part was the little boy at the window. what a terrible service worker he was...in fact an actual child would have done better! when i pulled up there was no greeting he just mumbled the price and took my card. He then handed it back without a word and then my food without a word. Not a hello, hi, thanks, here ya go, have a nice day! STELLAR SERVICE WENDY'S! This last time I really wanted a frosty...I waited at the speaker for about 1 minute for someone to take my order. I pull around to window behind ONE car where I seriously waited about 4 minutes before I just gave up and drove away! Seriously.....have the other car pull up so I can get my damn frosty! That's all I ordered! I'm not waiting in line with ONE person ahead of me for 5+ minutes for a frosty! Sorry for the ding ding ditch I felt bad but after that other experience to hell with Wendy's! I never do reviews but this review had to be done, this was truly the most unprofessional service ever to the night shift lady working April 5 between 11pm and 12 , she was super unprofessional, very disrespectful, and super obnoxious, I had done a online drive thru Oder, once I got to the intercom she started with saying “what” I was in shock of the response she gave but didn’t say nothing about it, and I said yes hello I have drive thru order and said the name for the order and the she proceeded with saying “uhh no I don’t have a order for that name try again”, and i repeated the order because I thought maybe she didn’t hear me well, and after I repeated myself, she said nope try again, she probably said try again like 10 times and after she was like okay goodbye, and I am 100 percent sure i Order to the right location too, wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come here during the night, hopefully this review gets seen by her boss, so they could now who’s running their...

If I can give this place a 0 star rating I would. They asked me to give them a second chance I did. I did the review again online and they asked me to give him another chance how many chances do they want this place has the worst service ever. Sign before I was in there this last time as bad when corporate had told the workers not to be on their cell phones and to pay attention to their customers. Service has not changed since corporates even been in there it seems like they just don't care. And I'm sorry but to wait a half-hour for a Frosty because they said that it was out of the Frosting mix and someone decided to shut it down instead on a hot day what were they thinking. My order wasn't even right I ordered a apple chicken pecan salad and there was no chicken in it I didn't even get the pecans for the salad. They didn't even offer to correct my order and make it right worst service ever. I think I'll just bring my service...
