The Great White Hut — Restaurant in Glendale

The wings here are supper overrated 😒 I showed up because of the yelp page amd it looked good. I got 6 wings Limen pepper a smash burger and onions rings.

The small burger came out on a old bun that was probably sitting in an open bag for a few days. The buns at McDonald's are better that's not a joke. The flavor was only in the sauce in the bugger because that's all I tested. It's nothing special at all.

The wings well that was a let down. The amount of flavor on the limenpepper wigs was next to 0. Basically a 1 toss in the sauce and that was it. Most of the coverage was about 30% so I was basically just eating plan deep fried wings naked chicken. It was not good

The onion rings I was hoping where going to be better. They looked amazing hot and stacked high nice and thick. But again a let down in the flavor department. They didn't have that nice bite and the inner layer of the batter was still wet and not fully cooked.

I really wanted to like this place but it was a let down and I honestly would not return or...

My husband and I have been here multiple times. We live right around the corner… never had any issues.. till now…. We usually love it!!!! Well, as I’m sitting in here, writing this review…… I’m so disappointed. We had to request, my beer order about 4 times….. and even sat there for about 10 minutes till the guy was done eating to receive our drinks… then even after that, had to ask for my sons water…… we got our drinks after our food… I thought that was odd…. The staff has always been in it! Our drinks have been served within 5 minutes or less. Then food after… oh.. wasn’t done eating my food and he took it! I should have left, when he looked so out of it. Maybe under staffed? Tired…. So sad.. I have told so many friends about this place, now I regret it. Because I don’t want them going through what I did. The wings… also so much smaller, then usual. Yikes! Business isn’t going well? Oh yes…. Ok I'm going to start off by saying something that might be controversial fried wings are always with no exceptions better than baked, baked wings are trash. Now for the review

This place is in kinda a almost residential area nice neighborhood the atmosphere is ok nothing special but here's the thing you're not coming to this place for the atmosphere this is a chicken wing joint and they make some mighty fine wings they would do well if they opened in buffalo,NY. The rings are fried very well they were crispy juicy and a decent size (that's what she said) also they have a Good selection of sauces. I also tried the philly cheese steak and onion rings. The philly was good not outstanding and to be honest I actually really like the onion rings big and tasty the only complaint is the breading feel off after you bit it but not that big a deal. I would definitely recommend getting the wings here they are legit...
