I have no idea why this place is so popular. I live in the area and have had to deal with the extraneous noise throughout the NBA and MLB playoffs that reverberate throughout the neighborhood. The food is bland and the masks are non-existent, but, the staff is at least friendly. They have a DJ that comes and plays very loud music with gratuitous profanity on random evenings, and while the occupants seem to be under control, their volume matches the music and 10 o clock at night on a Wednesday is hardly the time for "Ain't No Fun (if the homies can't have none)" to pierce the neighborhood sky. My kids are trying to sleep. I still decided to come through and try the place out for myself, with the wife, and see what the fuss was about...not much to report. All of the food tasted like it was from the frozen food section or a can. Cheese pizza, and lemon pepper wings all could have been made at home, for cheaper, with cocktails rather than beer. The reality is that I'm sure the place is named 3.99 Pizza for a reason and folks come more for the atmosphere and friendly staff, than the actual food.

LOVE THIS PLACE spelled out with capital letters.. Been there 3 times thank to my friend inviting me here.. Last night went top watch the Raiders beat the Chargers Lol. It was packed with Raiders fans. Love it!!!❤❤. I actually got my own friends to go n them too love it there. Family owned n very very friendly.. Food is yummy... Plan to go back again soon.. One issue I wish they had games for the kids. Those prize games for older kids made my grandson spend too much money on it..😫

They made an excellent first impression on me. Pizza preparation was faster than expected and the service was outstanding. LOVED the quaint interior -- several seating options: bar, counter, tall tables, conventional tables, booths. My first pizza was one of their specialties: pastrami -- wow! it is clearly the best pastrami pizza in the Foothill communities. I can hardly wait to return and try more of their menu!

I use to like my pizza here...but they are now cheap with the toppings not enough on the pizza..I ordered pastrami, barely had enough with a very small cut the size of pineapple and the pickles size of onion, way to cheap! the wings were burnt ...I asked for lemon pepper wings but what I got was burnt Buffalo wings with lemon pepper add on top...way to spicy for the kids that they couldn't eat it, that's why I order lemon pepper never again..I order large chicken salad for my family, what I got was a salad in smaller bowl which pretty much feed for person of 1...very disappointed...michelada was water down not enough tomato juice...I have never encountered any of this before at 3.99 pizza but I know I won't be...

Place is small. Pizza isn't terrible. But I went there for a meeting to be held in their meeting room separated from the dining area. I wouldn't recommend holding meetings there. While there is 4 walls and a door separating the meeting room, the 4th wall does not go up to the ceiling and the noise coming from the dining area made it very hard to hear what was being said in our meeting. If you are going there for cheap pizza and cold drinks, I would not recommend against it. But if you are going there to use their meeting room, I highly recommend you...
