Evergreen Inn — Hotel in Charter Oak

I stayed in an room upstairs for 2 nights its was very nice, it was clean it had 2beds 2 chairs and a table when you entered the room then it had a dresser a mini fridge, a larger fridge with freezer and fridge table and 4 chairs and the bathroom and separate sink area it was free of any bugs or dead ones, I had to switch to a cheaper room with 1 bed it was downstairs. After being rushed to change rooms after check out time I entered my newer room to the housekeeper just starting to clean and waited an hour for her to finish upon entering my new room I pulled out the mini fridge to plug in and about 5-7 roaches scattered I called the office and the lady had attitude and basically called me a liar then said that's fine come to office I give you your money and you leave, she didn't even try to solve or replace me with a...

This past weekend me & my lady stay at that place These Managers are so rude having alot of attitudes for no reason. I ask very nicely for extra pillows, covers and towels their response was, no i can't give it to you only 1 time you will get it. I mean they did gave me few extra towels 1 time but we still needed more of it. Even last night they told me they will bring towels to our room in 15 mins, we waited n waited they never did at all. So my lady ask them we still need towels n they had to nerve to say with an attitude we only give towels every 2 hrs. Me & my lady had enogh & will never stay at that motel again poor bad...

Worst motel in sgv ... Full of tweakers and Mike the maintenance manager smokes meth and is an informant for covina pd . Rooms have mold in the bathrooms and air ducts . Nick the owner doesn't care about no body and is very rude he tried to charge extra for visitors and harassed my friends because he accused them of having sex and he wanted money from them. Don't go there ever there are always covina pd and la county sheriff's always on the 4 corners . The manager is also on the terrorist watch list for Homeland Security. Save your money and go to the Monte Carlo motel...
