TL:DR - LOOK INSIDE THE PACKAGES BEFORE YOU BUY!

I've been there several times now but won't be going back it's not worth the hassle. I understand it's still a very new business but the store looks empty with larger items taking up most of the floorspace. It's really hit or miss finding good buys there, mostly miss for me. Would have liked to see a lot more variet too. At first I was still excited to save on some home essentials but when I got home some packages were obviously missing a noticeable amount of their contents but no warning on the outside that it wasn't complete. I would have been better off buying them from Costco. I thought it was a one-off circumstance bc they're new and still figuring things out so I gave them some time to get their act together and tried again. I went on a Sunday about 10-15 minutes before their posted closing time and they were already closed. No sign posted that they were closing early or anything. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had an emergency I don't know. The last time I actually bought something it went fine I guess BUT I made sure to check inside the boxes and packages before I bought it and put back whatever wasn't really a good deal which I shouldn't even have to do and tells me my other experience was pretty much the norm for them. Yikes! It's too much work for me to have to check every package for missing parts or damage especially since the other neighborhood outlet store does this already for their customers so I'll just stick with them. Sad bc I would have loved another bargain...

I visited this outlet store with my family on Wednesday 14th Feb we were greeted by the store owner Mr AK great guy super friendly, kind , quality of products excellent prices even better customer service beyond expectations, my sister bought a 2 piece leather sweet electric recliner at an amazing price & it was a free anytime delivery on top, i bought 2 bottles of CREED Silver Mountain Water the retail price on Amazon for each bottle $470 + tax because of Valentine's Day Mr AK gave me a discount of 15% i didn't even have to ask for both 100ML i paid $220 I should have paid $940 + tax, this place has a huge variety of top quality designer clothes & Perfumes at a fraction of the retail price, which we bought many outfits, Mr AK again give us free gifts as a thank you for shopping at my store, the store offers everyone buy 4 get the 5th item for free on Clothing and single Drinks, you get Free any time delivery on all furniture items, no one wherever you shop will give you free delivery on anything, i absolutely highly recommend this outlet for whatever you want to buy. Discount outlets are a dime a dozen. I WILL NOT be patronizing show time outet anymore because their policy is paperless receipt. Not good customer service. Less service is not more. A Prime example of a class act discount store is THE OUTLET By ELS just down the street only 2 miles west of this place much larger better selection.
