For the past couple of months I have consistently received sub par service, but today’s experience takes the cake. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with fries and a large drink, and a 6 piece kid’s meal with fries and a drink. At the order box I requested sweet & sour sauce for both meals. When I arrived at the window I was handed my drinks and the kid’s meal. I opened the Kid’s meal to check for the sweet & sour…it was there. The person at the window is then looking at me and asking why I am still there. I informed him that I also had ordered a 10 count nugget meal. He looked at me very confused, looked at the monitor, and then asked for the kid’s meal back. I handed it to him, but explained to him that it was part of my order. he disappeared for a moment and then came back and handed me the kids meal and the bag with the 10 count nugget. I should have checked both the bag and the box, but I only looked in the bag to make sure there was sweet-and-sour for that meal included. There was not. So, I asked him for sweet-and-sour, and he told me it was in the kids meal box. I opened the kid’s meal and saw that there was only one sauce. so I told him there’s only one sauce in there and I need sauce for the second meal. Again, he was very confused and then called for, who I assume was, the shift manager. She came towards the window from the register area and said to me, “You need sweet and sour?” I replied, “Yes” To which she very rudely said, “Yeah, I heard you from all the way over there.” WOW! I too am in a service industry and I would NEVER think of talking to one of my customers that way. First of all, I was NOT yelling…I was explaining to the very confused window attendant that I needed sauce for the second meal. Now for the kicker…I arrive home and bring the food in to my kiddo and husband and guess what??? THERE WERE NO NUGGETS IN THE KID’S MEAL! INFURIATING! Honestly, the final straw. I will not EVER give this location my business again! I tried calling the restaurant to let them know what had happened, but they did not answer, and their inbox was full so I could not leave a message. I went back to the restaurant to let them know there were no nuggets in my happy meal. Again, the gal who I assume is the shift manager questioned me like I was lying or something…”There were no nuggets in the box?” Said very accusingly. Then she asked if I would like fresh fries. I told her that honestly they were cold when they were handed to me originally. She asked me again if I would like fresh fries to which I responded that would be nice. Ultimately, I left the restaurant this second time with the food that I ordered, but there was no apology or concern over what had happened. I am done with rude service...
Read moreDecided to pick up breakfast for myself and my kids on Sat. May 7th. It was just after 10am and the oarking lot was full and drive-thru was very busy. Placed my order at the drive-thru, heard my total $23.28 and pulled forward before seeing the complete order on the screen. After paying and pulling forward, I noticed on my receipt that my 3 hashbrowns were missing. These would have been the 2nd item I ordered, and everything else was listed correctly. Waiting at the pickup window, the gal had her back to me and was chatting with another employee. I waved my receipt and she opened the window to see what I needed. I explained what happened and told her I am happy to pay for them, I just needed to make sure I received them. She was confused and took my receipt to go ask someone. She came back very exasperated, handed me a bag of food and my receipt and said, "it's too late for that." I asked her to please clarify, she said they couldn't add anything else to my order. I told her I would like to speak to a manager and I would gladly come inside for that. She closed the window to get someone, so I waited. Next thing I know, another young female employee came to window, but not to address me, she made sure it was closed and with her back to me the entire time she started yelling and screaming at 4 or 5 employees who looked terrified. I could hear her cussing left and right at them through the closed window! She then walked away. I checked my bag for my food, and was missing my oatmeal, but I did have 3 hashbrowns tucked inside. I waved at the first gal that helped me and she reluctantly opened the window again. I told her I was still missing the oatmeal and asked if that was the manager that was screaming and cussing at them. She seemed surprised I had heard that and quickly told me, "No, that it was another employee." I told her how unprofessional and uncalled for that behavior was and told her to have a nice day when she handed me the oatmeal. I will be sending an email to the owners/corporate. Read moreLowered score to a 1 on all accounts. Made the mistake of visiting here again. Ordered theee items. The food was made wrong, surprise surprise. 30 minutes later I still don't have my food in the curbside pickup. Do not visit this location.
This location consistently serves old food - specifically apple pies. The employees will rip the "enjoy by" sticker off so they can pawn the old food off on you and waste your money instead of throwing it away. It is at your inconvenience that you need to go back to the store to get them to fix it despite it happening on a routine basis. If you ask for a refund the manager tells you to refer to the app. If you refer to the app the app tells you to contact the store directly for refund related issues. Your food will be replaced, but if you can't make it back in good luck. You will be promised a courtesy card in the mail, but it will never arrive.
If the problem happens once or twice or three times it can be forgiven, but this is happening on a consistent enough basis that I've lost hundreds of dollars at this point. I am one person. What about all of the other patrons? How many thousands are they effectively screwing people out of because of the gymnastics they want you to jump through instead of fixing the problem at the source.
The flavor of today is no condiments in the bag - none, despite being directly on the order. Not the first time and definitely won't be the last.
The flavor of a few days ago was "the iced coffee you ordered with pure cane syrup in it actually doesn't come with pure can syrup despite the fact that its on the receipt...
