This is the second time that I visited your location and was told that you can give change. It was 9:45 a.m. How are you making money if you are turning customers away for no change ? I would have asked for the manager but I think this lady was the manager. I actually tried to call the location to speak to a manager but nobody answered the phone. I am a hundred percent sure you are losing money on a daily basis because your staff doesn't care about your customers nor your business. This is very disappointing because I am new to the Glenn Heights area. Plus the lady that was cleaning the men's restroom left out without washing her hands and went immediately into your kitchen to prepare orders. That is just nasty in itself. Maybe GOD was trying to tell me something, but I still feel like I need to let someone know that this location is sinking because the team doesn't care about your customers. You do not have any signs that you do not accept $100 dollar bills, but this is the 3rd time. Other restaurants do not have any problems taking my money. I am starting to feel like it is because I am a Black man. You lost a loyal customer to your Brand Jack in The Box and I am the father of six children so you add up your losses. Read moreVisited 9/22/2017 person who took my order was some individual by the name of Robiin yes double i, as I was ordering food was playing and took my order wrong I had to correct him once corrected he said he would have my total at the window. Moved forward just to encounter an unprofessional individual starring me down laughing and making unnecessary eye contact as if he wanted to have a starring match... whatever as I was grabbing my drink he tells the young man handing me my drink "I think he know" and giggles and I request for a new drink. The other young man doesn't hesitate to get me a new drink. As he hands me the food order the other individual starts to laugh and I request to speak to a manager. As I ask the manager what seems to be the problem with the young man the manager replays I've been standing here the whole time I didn't hear anything, I say okay and go on since I'm in a drive thru and don't want to keep others waiting on me as I give an irrelevant clown the much wanted attention he desires. Read moreCustomer service is absolutely awful. Employees were rude while trying to order my food. I specifically ordered the tiny tacos with extra cheese only and no lettuce or taco sauce. The young gentleman didn't know how to add the extra cheese so a female took over and was able to get it rung up correctly. When checking my order, they had no cheese but lettuce and sauce and they put 20 packets of taco sauce in the bag. I tried called the store and let it ring until it stopped 4 times and they refused to answer the phone. My husband sat at the door knocking for over 5 minutes and no one would acknowledge him. He had to wal over to the drive thru window to get and employees attention. He gave them the tacos and the receipt and explained how we ordered them. They kept the receipt and then met him at the door with what was supposed to be my food made the way i ordered. I paid an extra $3 (almost the price of the the plain tiny tacos!) and didn't get hardly any cheese at all. I refused to continue to be treated they way were and just left.
