Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Glenn Heights

We sat at the drive through at this sonic for close to 5 minutes befoew driving forward to the window. In the time we sat there, 2 cars drive off behind us. After pulling up to the window, the person asked us if we order a chili dog and we said no, Noone was answering at Rhe speaker and then they asked what name theborser was in in which we then told them we sat at the drive through for awhile and Noone answered so we just pulled forward because Noone was behind us. The person told us “Nope, you have to order at the speaker”. My husband then told them that we sat at the speaker and obviously it wasn't working and she shut Rhe window on us and then came back and said “no, you have to drive back around to the speaker to order” then shut the window. So, Noone was behind us, and they obviously weren't busy, then they were completely rude! Where did customer service go? This sonic has always been a little...

As others have said this restaurant is disgusting. The man at the counter seemed a little off saying things were going on in his head, not sure what that was about. He messed up the ladies order in front of me and left half of her order off. When making my drink he scooped the ice with my cup and bare hand. Disgusting! My food was a pre-order as I assumed I could pick it up at a stall not knowing this restaurant didn't have those. When walking in and telling him this he printed the receipt laying it on the counter and told me how much to pay. I reminded him I paid for it online and looking at the number on my receipt could see the food sitting behind them on the counter in the stall number. After taking two more orders he went to find my food and bagged it on top of each other. Imagine what it's like to get a chili dog and chili cheese fries on top of each other. Horrible customer service Gail and Mariah both had attitudes and hung up on me I was sold mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce through Uber Eats and when I called and asked about the marinara they got an attitude and hung up after saying I didn’t choose marinara on the app. But the app advertises as mozzarella sticks with marinara there was no option to select marinara she was lying. I’ve ordered this through Uber eats and never had this problem. She kept saying it’s not my fault you didn’t select marinara.
